Met with him and he is young, but extremely professional, eager and has the backing of his Dad's real estate company of 30 years. Ms. Julia Shi has managed two condominium units in West LA for me for more than 4 years. I have always found her to be professional and personable. Any questions or issues that have come up with my condominiums have been quickly and efficiently handled by her staff. Before my current tenants are scheduled to leave, they already found other well qualified tenants so we missed only 2 days' rent between the tenants. I have not had any issues with timely payments.
