I highly recommend this company. The owner Stephen is very straight forward about pricing and wont try to nickle and dime you with small things you don't need to get the job done. Stephen is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions on the spot. The best part about working with Stephen is that he is thinking multiple steps ahead. He wants to know what your future plans are so that he can save you money down the road. I am putting in a concrete walkway around the side and back of my new home and Stephen recommended I set up irrigation lines for the planter I plan to put along the back fence of my property. By putting in the irrigation now it will save me a significant amount of money in the future because I wont need to dig a trench under the walkway to run the line. As a Marine Vet. Stephen is able to manage his workers well and get the job done quickly, and if there is a delay for what ever reason he communicates with you immediately so you don't feel like you are out of the loop on your own home improvement project.May 4, 2018Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We offer a 10% discount to any of our "heroes" (military, law enforcement, teachers, firefighters). We also offer seasonal maintenance packages at a discounted rate to help you keep updated on your home. (Those are advertised on our Facebook page @boxconstructioninc, and emailed to our clients throughout the year.) Once a client completes one job with us, they can opt in to be added to our Box Family Plan that allows them access to discounts and services that aren't advertised for non-clients. It's our way of saying "thank you" and building a long term relationship instead of ending once the job is complete.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to be very thoughtful with what you would like done while at the same time giving you some professional guidance throughout the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Most of my education involved in this field has been hands on. I learned the skill starting when I was younger and grew to enjoying it which is why I am now where I am today. I've taken a few professional courses and keep up to date with the latest techniques and trends through trade shows and staying connecting with others in the industry.
