- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I pretty much do, but all jobs vary with the initial demo work and condition of soil.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After receiving their phone call I set up a time for a meeting to go over their idea's and add some of my own. Then I go back to office and work on preparing an itemized bid and then email the bid to them and tell them to please call me with any questions or concerns.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've possessed a c-27 landscape license since 1998. And have been working in the landscape industry since then. So with Solid Rock Landscape company comes 18 years of experience with idea's and exceptional work ethics.
