Helping people who can not afford an Attorney.
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?A proper consultation and understanding of the clients requests should be fully understood at the first meeting or phone call.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Completed "Conflict Resolution Boot Camp*Introduction to Mediation.and Power in Conflict, (County of Riverside
- How did you get started doing this type of work? After my father developed Alzheimers,I spent close to $175k in legal fees to protect him and his estate due to a Marriage that he did not remember and missing funds of 980K After preparing documents/exhibits and researching records.I realized that I could have done the majority of work myself. The Law Group that I hired said If I had my Paralegal Certification they would have paid me for the countless hours and work in behalf of my fathers court issues.I was on the phone that day and enrolled! People do not realize that a large majority of Legal Issues can be done Pro-Per.(Self Representation)I always advise clients to speak to an Attorney if they are not sure what direction that they want to proceed.I provide legal document preparation at the clients direction.I am not an Attorney.(Not Yet)
