I have known Michelle for over 10 years and she has always had a love for taking care of children. So without a doubt I contacted her to help me with my postpartum needs. I'm a first time mommy and after I delivered at 10:37 there was no lactation consultant on staff! Michelle was able to get through to my room at 3:30am so that she can talk me through breast feeding for the first time! She also sent me helpful videos. Once I was released from the hospital my little one had a stuffy nose, not a cold just stuffy from getting use to breathing her new world. Michelle recommended some tips that worked like a charm to clear her right up. I could write a novel to speak praises about Michelle and embracing babies but these are just a few examples of how Michelle has been an amazing postpartum doula for me and my daughter. Thank you so much for all you do.

Michelle is one of the if not the most amaizing ,knowledgable , kind hearted , down to earth people I have ever met and had the pleasure of becoming friends with!! Anything I have ever needed or had questions about she is right there with the answer or solution I wish there was more people like her around I can go on and on but if u don't use her all I can say is it would be your loss!!!

Michelle is awesome. She helped me understand my baby and what might be causing her to cry. She helped me work through my mental and emotional issues. She also helped me find a babysitter at the last minute. Every first time mother will benefit from the knowledge Michelle has for babies. Embracing Babies has all the services parents need to be successful parents. I couldn't ask for anything more. Thank you Embracing Babies and Michelle Smith.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask a lot of questions, get to know the company, and the team very well. You want to feel good about this precious choice.
