We decided to re-floor our entire house (approx 1250 sq feet) and we are very satisfied with the work completed by Franklin. His estimate was the most reasonable. A general contractor wanted to charge three times the amount, which was absurd. I am so happy we decided to go with Franklin. They worked hard every day, showed up on time and did excellent work. I would recommend his services and would hire him again.

Franklin is a master! My floor is from 1923 and was in very bad shape. It had water damage and was broken in several places. Franklin somehow transformed it into a beautiful, flawless, bright and completely new-looking floor. Also, whenever I texted him, he got back to me right away, and he was very flexible with scheduling. He is extremely professional, reliable, prompt and very nice to work with. Franklin truly does superb work, and I cannot recommend him highly enough!
