Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: The satisfaction of our clients is the determinant of the Alliance quality. From clean presentable workers to QC checks by our supervisor down to the final punch list inspection, we want our clients to be kept in the loop. Prior to any job, we start-off with a pre-job meeting where the client will have the chance to meet the project manager and/or the job supervisor to discuss the approved scope of work, house rules and assessment of the job progress. During the job, the project manager will be conducting quality control inspections of the completed phases of work to verify that it has passed our standards, adhered to the scope of work and to quickly address a non-conformity, if any. In the meantime, the client or representative will be informed via email about the progress status of the job, complete with photo documentation if so desired. At the close of the job, we will conduct a final punch list walk with you (or your representative) to verify that we have delivered as expected. At the heart of The Alliance Way is our vision to be the preferred partner in helping our clients succeed. We strive to be the service company most admired for its people, partnership and performance. We work to elevate the well being of the people that make this company.

Hiring Alliance was the best choice we could've made. We had tried working with a few other companies,  both large and small, and Alliance's customer service hands down topped all of them. We had a small project and had a set budget that we were willing to pay. Whereas other companies were not willing to work within our budget, Angel and his team were able to come in under budget which allowed us to purchase higher quality materials. Their timing and craftsmanship were impeccable. They answered all of our questions and took the time to explain what materials would be best and what options we had so we could make the right decision for us. They did such a great job our neighbors are hiring them and we're bringing them back for more projects on our home. We definitely recommend this company.

Alliance did a large pool remodel project for us. The work quality was great, and their desire to make it perfect on every level was much appreciated. It felt like we were working with a family organization who really cared that they did a great job. They were accessible, responsive, and fun to work with. I would highly recommend them on service level, work quality, and pricing value. I am very critical generally but have nothing bad to say!

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

It's not complicated; let's call it thorough. Unlike what clients expect, we cannot just give a price instantly. 1. We need to understand your goals: do you want a band-aid work or do you want to do it right the first time. 2. We need to look and evaluate the job so we may write an appropriate scope of work. 3. We need to evaluate the job site so we can determine the logistics: the accessibility to water, power, the kind of equipment we can and need to bring 4. We need to know how you personally measure quality from your vendors and what your expectations are
