- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our base flat rate fee is $95 per hour within our service area. Consultation and on site assessment are at no cost. While there is no "typical" time period for residential repairs or installations, our average residential job is somewhere in the area of 2 hours. With larger projects we provide a site assessment and proposal. One example might be a small business who wants to expand and have a secure wireless network. Our proposal process is also on a non fee basis. Thanks!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My initial consultation is at no charge. I listen carefully to the issues and take written notes during the conversation. Once the objectives are clear Ill make sure I have enough info to provide an estimate. Some jobs are straightforward and making an accurate estimate is easy. Other issues need to be assessed once onsite. I always provide every client with an estimate and receive approval prior to beginning work. Thanks!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My company, Litefly Engineering has both Microsoft and Cisco Certifications. Depending on the complexity of the job different engineers may be tasked for different areas of specialization. I possess Cisco, Cyber Security and Wireless training and experience. In 20 years the work is never boring and new technical offerings make constant training and research mandatory. Thanks!
