I do all phases of concrete, hillside construction, structural steel,
drywall, and light commercial.
I work from room additions to ground up construction.
About us:
My name is Tom Baird. I was born into a construction family; my father was a contractor before me. I started working in the field with my father at a very young age, eleven years old. I started building houses in 1978 and have been doing the same thing everyday ever since.
As you can see from our resume after the Northridge quake, we began also building houses down the hill. Below is a list of houses that we have either recently built or are in the process of building, but throughout my career there are too many to list.
