I originally called for possible repair of my old garage door. But ended up purchasing a new one. Benjamin was the rep that came out to evaluate my garage door. Benjamin was kind and informative and helpful once I decided to purchase a new garage door. The price was competitive. I had a few other estimates but chose to go with E&E. There was a mix up with the scheduling so the installation didn’t happen the date initially expected. But Benjamin stayed on top of communicating and trying to work things out. When the garage door was installed the technician was punctual and friendly. It seems to be a different company contracted to install the actual door. The door was placed within a couple hours. The technician did a decent job. However he left a mess of screws, wire clippings, and broken glass from a light bulb all over the floor. I also later realized he connected the new garage door opener to old wiring. I had to have him come back and change that. When I told Benjamin about the issue he was very responsive. Overall I had a good experience. My garage door is working nicely.

The springs on my garage door had snapped in less than an hour Benjamin replaced both springs. he was punctual and the price was reasonable. highly recommended!
