Mike is a military veteran who possesses a wide variety of skill sets. Highly trained in close quarters combat, Muay Thai, and personal protection. I trust mike with his awesome one on one training. He makes combative concepts very simple to understand. The main thing I loved was that I can feel comfortable being around a group training session with a wide range of experience levels, yet Mike will make you feel very comfortable and he has a keen eye if your to nervous to speak up. You won't be dissatisfied working with Mike Gordon.

Liz is a great trainer. Her workout plan is great and after every session with her, I can feel the difference. I have injuries which she works around it and the best part about her is she is very flexible with everything. I absolutely would recommend her as a trainer. I have trained with Andy for some time and I could not be happier. I've lost over 40 pounds, gained strength, toned, and I feel more energetic. My initial hurdle was the self-drive to exercise on my own, and I ddin't know what to do. So I trained with him 3 times a week, now since losing the weight I now train twice a week and I am glad to say that I've kept it off. I even completed my first 5K thanks to his encouragement. I have back and knee issues and he has been able to work with me assuring that we train in a safe manner so that I don't further aggravate it. Otherwise, he is a fantastic trainer and will recommend him to anyone looking to jumpstart their health and to stick with it. The biggest mental takeaway I got from him was my overall outlook on health--healthy living and a quality life is a lifestyle and not a short term goal. So, thank you for that.

I've been an athlete since the age13, I've played division 1 football at Washington State University and I have also personally trained for the past 10 years.
