When Kelly was in Coeur d' Alene working at 360 fitness I got the pleasure of participating in some of her Bootcamp classes. I have been to quite a few different bootcamp classes, but Kelly's classes were always filled with new exercises which kept the classes fresh and interesting, while keeping my body guessing. I haven't found another instructor as innovative as she is.
From the first session i was truly amazed at the knowledge spoken and taught with in a hour things about my own body and posture i didn't know. He is clear cut dry streight to the point no B.S. I was reluctant on hiring a fitness trainer as i have had a few in the past at a few gyms. I will update my reveiw if needed but as if now i am %99 sure i made the correct move!
I've had Nichole as my personal trainer three times a week for a year next month, and I couldn't be happier! There's a noticeable improvement in my body: I'm much stronger and I fit into clothes I haven't fit into clothing I haven't fit into in years! I can't say I've been dieting, but I try not to overdo it every day--only sometimes ;) And the bonus is we have a lot of fun! I highly recommend Nichole whatever your fitness goals are; she's adaptable to your needs. I'm a "mature" adult, but getting stronger day by day, and plan to keep her to stay that way!
Sean has been and continues to be a great trainer! Always on time and professional he's helped me achieve multiple fitness goals. Throughout the weeks he's created a variation of exercises that keeps our sessions fun and invigorating. I look forward to achieving more fitness goals with him.

Just into week 1 with Tyrone. I'm motivated to get back to a healthier body and lifestyle. He listened, took notes, and prepared a complete fitness plan to help me meet my goals. Unlike other trainers, he didn't try to overwork me knowing I've not been working out in some time. But I've been warned that the workouts will get harder as I progress.
I highly recommend Whole Person Fitness to everyone. Lily is first of all very nice. She is knows how to access my needs, fitness level, works with my limitations, prior injuries and physical weaknesses to put together a challenging, kick butt workout tailor made for me. In two and a half months I have gained strength, lung capacity, fitness, muscle, muscle tone, endurance, flexibility,confidence, and much more. I have lost the chronic knee pain, fatigue, inches. Lily, listens and gives me exercises that I never thought I could do, builds me up slowly. As a 60 + woman with chronic health issues I can say I am much healthier since finding Lily. Lily truly cares and overs wise nutritional counsel as well. I am blessed to have found Whole Person Fitness and Lily. If I can do it, you can too.

I went to Bryan with bad knees, lower back problems and 80 pounds to lose. I had been to several trainers and had discouraging results. My goal was to lose enough weight so that I would be able to get the knee surgery my dr recommended. Not only did Bryan help me to achieve my weight goal-he helped me lose and extra 30 lbs. He also designed a program that strengthened my knees and back so much that I no longer require surgery. I absolutely recommend Bryan if you need someone to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.
I've had 2 sessions with Natalie and I'm signing up for more! She's super friendly, non-judgmental (which I think is really important when working on your fitness!), and incredibly motivational (and it works!)! Her workouts have just the right amount of challenge and will definitely make you feel really good and alert after! I'm looking forward to working more with Natalie on improving my fitness and would recommend her highly to anyone!

I trained with Nsima for about 6 months and glad I invested in it. My schedule is hectic and he did his best to cater to it. His knowledge and expertise built my confidence because I never entered the weight lifting part of the gym. Now, I'll go because I'm confident in how to execute the workouts. While exercise is important in any fitness goal, diet actually weighs more. I was allowed to eat what I wanted (in moderation) as long as I stayed within my "numbers", aka macros, aka macronutrients. Nsima did an assessment in the beginning that is based off of age, weight and goals. Any food or drink you consume contains protein, carbs, fat and fiber. As long as you met the numbers and incorporated exercise regularly, you're golden! I wasn't the best at consistently reaching my numbers so my progress took a little longer than I wanted. Nsima holds you accountable by reporting and tracking on a Google Sheets document on a daily basis. I also wasn't good at this so again, my progress took a little longer than I wanted. All in all, I loved my personal training sessions because I'm the type of person that is not motivated to workout unless it's an appointment. The price point is good but is definitely an investment. Knowing how to do the workouts efficiently and effectively is very important to prevent injury. I definitely recommend personal training if you're not motivated to workout on your own but want that rockin' bod or to looking to take your current fitness goals to the next level.

I cannot express enough what an amazing trainer and person Josh is! I've been training with him since February and I've lost over 20lbs. I've exceeded my goals because of his exceptional knowledge and passion for health and fitness. I constantly get compliments on my weight loss and I owe it to Josh for all of his encouragement and pushing me to my max during our training sessions!
