Michael Rocks! His mounting skills are stellar, every friend of ours who has come over has asked who mounted it and requested Michael's contact info. The price and quality of service are both fantastic! I will using Michael's services again and highly recommend using Michael and Thumbtack for all your future Home Theatre needs.
Professional service with no compromise. Delivered as promised - very prompt, knew exactly what he was doing, and even brought a shop vac to clean up debris. He does high end homes and corporate settings normally. It was a pleasant surprise to have him work on my tv mount project.
John's bid for my job (replacing the garbage disposal) was very reasonable. Once he got started there were a few complications it being an older home and all but he worked through them and did an excellent job.
Amber was fantastic. Very courteous, communicative, prompt, and professional. She got the job done early in the morning and I still had a whole day to enjoy a clean home. I would highly recommend again.
Stephens Electrical was able to come out on short notice and sleuth his way through our convoluted 1955-era electrical issues like Sherlock Holmes. When things didn't work out to plan, he devised a competent workaround and got the job DONE. I've done my share of DIY wiring and needed a pro to solve my current issues that were left-over from our remodel...and Stephens Electrical took care of things. I'd highly recommend Stephens Electrical for any new and/or existing wiring needs that you may have for your home!
Lorenzo installed a motion detector/light on our front porch. He fit the job into what was already a busy schedule on a very hot day and completed within a minimal amount of time. I would recommend De Lorenzo to others interested in a professional and affordable solution to their home projects.
The owner was professional and friendly when he first responded to my inquiry. He was prompt, called within 24 hours. I have several questions about what how and what I want in home security. He was detailed and patient with his explanation. He came to the house to look what would be appropriate for the perimeter of my house and where to situate the cameras, so on and so forth. I have no idea how to operate the cameras remotely nor on my house computer but he gave a clear after care education on how to operate them. Thank you very much for installing the cameras. We feel absolutely secure now. Moreover, with the remote viewing of our home, we have a peace of mind.
Love the service!! Kimo installed 6 security cameras for me. Look good and works great! Highly recommend
When it comes to home improvement and technical work, no one is better than Christopher. He's helped us prepare our old house for sale and is now adding the creature comforts we like for our new home. He's brilliant and gifted and I cannot recommend him enough! Carol Stanley
We sought several online quotes for having our TVs mounted in our new home. Digital Living seemed to be the most qualified, and offered a great price, at $95 for the one TV (their hourly rate), mounted on our rock fireplace in the backyard (that was clearly laid out in the quote request). We asked him to come out and see the fireplace and the other area where we wanted a second TV mounted, to give us an accurate quote. While Dave was here in person, he saw the fireplace and the family room area, and we discussed adding a sound bar to the fireplace. He said the family room mount and sound bar would be super easy and quick, so with his original quote for the stone fireplace mount at $95, I asked him if he thought it would be about an hour and a half altogether, and he said yes, 1.5-2 hours should do it all. His guy came out, and did good work. I can't complain about the quality of the work at all - but it took him 6 hours. Instead of getting a $200 bill, I got a $570 bill. When I complained, Dave claimed that he quoted me 1.5 - 2 hours per TV. That is not true. His original online quote for the most complicated piece of the whole operation (the stone fireplace) was for $95 - one hour. We added what he described as 'easy' things that would make the entire job take no more than 1.5-2 hours total. He said he would take one hour off because I was dissatisfied with the final price. That is still more than double what he quoted me after looking at the job in person. I've emailed him twice since then and he has stopped responding to me. I would never have agreed to have them do the work if he had quoted me 6 hours at $95/hour (or anything close to it). We had others offering to do it for $150 for the whole job, but he seemed to be more reliable and skilled, so we chose him, assuming it would be a little more expensive - maybe another $50-$100 in the end. But the guy he had do the job was incredibly slow. We should not be stuck paying for his slow employee. And I find the whole process of quoting one price and billing more than double that to be completely unethical.
He showed up with a great attitude and found and replaced the bad outlet that caused there to be no power in 3 bedrooms. Two other electricians gave up after a couple hours. My 60" wall hung tv showed up while he was here so after installing it he secured my wifi network and connected it to. Next week he is installing the bird screen around my solar system.
