I was looking for a personal chef for my wife for her birthday. Tim was quick to respond and after looking at his reviews I was comfortable deciding to use his services. Tim is a magician in the kitchen. He provided a menu a few days before and answered any questions I had about the dishes he recommended. The food he puts together is amazing and he's very personable as well. I'd recommend Tim to anyone looking for this type of service. If/when I need a personal chef again, I'll be reaching out to him for sure!
We hired Zachary to teach us how to make pasta. He suggested 3 different kinds of shapes and fillings. He was punctual to our home and came prepared with all the ingredients. The pasta turned out great and it was a fun experience overall. I would recommend anyone to take lessons with Zachary and/or hire him as a personal chef.

Chef Eileen was the greatest! This was a first time experience for us, hiring a personal chef for a small group of 8. It was a bachelorette party and the best touch to start an otherwise amazing weekend. Chef Eileen was professional, extremely sweet and most of all our 4 course dinner was delicious! Jesse's Culinary skills, and professionalism, made for a fantastic birthday surprise for my wife. Jesse made the best Salmon meal we ever had, and really makes a date night feel comfortable with his charming personality, and awesome cuisine. "He even cleaned everything up"! Eleni Malko is a Certified Culinary Chef with years of fine cooking and catering experience. Her food is beautifully prepared and presented, delicious and satisfying. The portions are generous and she carefully packages any remaining food for the customer to take home.

It is my pleasure to offer a review of Sylvia's catering, culinary expertise and work ethic. I have enjoyed years of her cooking as she and I were coworkers. In addtion she has catered a couple parties for our family. Sylvia is classically trained so she may provide any food item or method requested. She is also of course very proficient in kitchen safety, equipment, hygiene, prep, timing and temperature requirements. Now for food! Sylvia has a special sense for pairing and encorporating big flavors and complimentary textures. Whether is is fried chicken and mashed potatoes you are after or exotic flavors of the Far East and Carribean Islands, she can provide. Personally I prefer the latter and the spices and flavors Sylvia creates are completely delicious. Some examples include her Chana Alu (curry chick pea and potato), chilie spiced salsas and chutneys, and tangy tomato marinaras. Our family perferes the Caribbean flavors and a recent menu included jerk spiced chicken (and tofu), coconut prawn, chana alu, spicy mango chutney, yougart/ dill chutney, green salad and cilantro/ lime rice. Sylvia graces any atmoshere with exuberance, style, positivity and professionalism. Highly recommened!
