My fees are straight forward and never hidden at any time. I will never change a price putting the customer in a bad situation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
ideally I would like a phone conversation so everything is out in the open and I get a good idea of the people I’m working for. The better prepared I am for an event the easier it is to execute, giving myself and the customer less stress. Phone conversation, followed up with an email including the menu and lastly if the menu works a final confirmation email. Once everyone is happy I would show up a few hours before the party, set up and cook an amazing meal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve worked in diverse environments learning as I go from bbq to fresh Italian. I have a culinary degree also and worked my way up to head chef at Multiple locations.
