Capucio massage is one of the best and relaxing and most unique massages I've ever experienced in my life. I say unique because of the breath sound he makes during the massage. Stephen Capucio Kramny is a very gentle , peaceful and calm individual which is projected in the touch of his hands. Thank you Steve for the wonderful massage. Till next time.

I have been having massages from Melissa for years. Even after being away for four years out of the area, I still got my massages from her when I came into town. If you are looking for a wonderful professional massage you must schedule an appoint with Melissa. She simply does a brilliant job.

This was my first Thumbtack experience in locating a massage therapist -- I didn't know quite what to expect, but I can't imagine a better outcome. Suzanne is a personable, approachable, highly skilled professional. She made sure she understood me and my needs before she began, and her hands, I could tell, understood well the muscles beneath them. More than that, though, Suzanne employed a variety of techniques to manipulate my back -- she wasn't just banging away at the knots for an extended period. I was flabbergasted by the gentle assisted movement techniques that she employed that I had heretofore not encountered...and I've had a fair number of professional massages in my life, many if not most of them without lasting benefit or true relief. I left Suzanne's feeling GREAT for days afterwards. I remain more limber and greatly knot-reduced. Suzanne is gentle but highly effective. This is no "fluff and buff" (although if that's your preference, I've no doubt she could accommodate you). This is a precisely tailored therapeutic session. Yes, it was an enjoyable and relaxing massage, but one that resulted for me immediately in greater mobility and reduced physical discomfort. No qualified endorsements -- she's an outstanding professional.

If you want a great massage (with many options) Array of Motion is the place for you. My husband and I have received incredible massages for over 2 years. The location is convenient, the office is clean and the massage therapists really "know their stuff"! It's the place to go for a massage!

Don't let the residential neighborhood fool you -- David Onne is quite the professional; his office is attached to the house. Being new to the Thumbtack experience, I thought I'd feel more comfortable (being a woman) requesting a woman as a therapist. David was one of the respondents, though, and while acknowledging my stated preference, requested consideration. I looked at his website and saw the background, training and philosophy that told me: this is the type of massage I'm looking for. It was an excellent experience. He targeted the problem muscle groups, and employed manipulations to reach underlying adhesions. He uses moist heat packs to great effect and, covered under a large, thick towel, my modesty was never compromised. Before I left, he demonstrated some stretches I can use to avoid recurring issues. Yes, I was sore the next day -- exactly because he had been working on the muscles that required attention. Male or female, if you are in need of a serious, professional massage, try David Onne and write your own critique!

About

Did you know there are nearly 45 miles of nerves that run throughout our bodies? Over 7,000 of those nerve endings are found in our feet alone! Through continual sessions in acupressure/reflexology therapy, clients can reduce everyday muscle tension, improve blood circulation and stimulate endorphins, which are our natural pain relievers that help reduce stress, depression and anxiety. Unlike acupuncture, which uses needles in its therapy, acupressure/reflexology practitioners use their fingers, palms, elbows, feet and sometimes devices as an alternative to needles in order to apply pressure to several points along the body's meridians. This technique not only treats the energy fields of the body, but also the mind. Acupressure/reflexology further helps those who live with the following: - Back pains, including slipped or herniated disks - Headaches and muscle spasms - Accident-related injuries like whiplash, spine, or sciatic nerve pains - Plantar fasciitis or heel pain - Postoperative discomforts - For cancer patients and chemotherapy relief - Curves nausea - Reduces stress, anxiety and depression - Sports-related injuries and sprains Besides its focus on areas of pain and discomfort, acupressure/reflexology is known to also help with preparation steps for many forms of competitive training athletes. Whether if it's a triathlon, Jiu Jitsu match, mixed martial arts fight, cross fit or body builder competition, this long-time traditional Chinese practice will improve your health, and increase vitality in all areas of your life.
