Todd and his mentor repaired a 7'x9' multi-paned window from the 1930s that is the nicest most noticeable feature on my home from the street. It was dry rotted so badly that there was a hole big enough for mice to come through. Todd took the window to his mentor's woodshop and together they rebuilt the window with beautiful joinery, removing all the weak rotted parts and replacing with new wood. He then reinstalled the window and used Bondo to completely rebuild the sill (which was also largely dry rotted). The repair is solid and beautifully done. He also was super pleasant to have around, professional in every way, cleaned up every time after his work, and I'm 100% happy. It's way preferable to me to rebuild a beautiful old window rather than buy a new one. He did so affordably (about 1/4 the cost if I had had to buy a brand new window). Thanks, Todd! I totally recommend him to anyone needing this kind of work.

Dennis , the owner of NBPE did an excellent job finding the problem and solving it. He was right on time and had great tools to clean out our 4 inch plumbing line. He discovered one pipe was set the wrong way during an earlier repair by another plumber and was able to replace that section of pipe. Everything worked perfectly after that and the price was very reasonable. He even gave a 150 discount for the exploration. I would definite recommend this contractor.

Danny Jimenez was able to easily clear our clogged kitchen sink drain. He was very friendly and worked quickly after offering me a couple of fair quotes to choose from. We are considering a water heater upgrade in the future, and we'll likely call on Oak Plumbing to do the Job. Pilot light in water heater woyld not stay lit. Came out within a couple of hours and fixed my water heater quickly by replacing thermocoupler. Price was reasinable i would use again.
