Meaghan saved my life and I'm not just saying that she honestly did. When I meant Meaghan, I was in a dark place I had a heart attack two years prior and had a stent placed in my left descending artery. I was physically and mentally a mess. I was overweight and short of breath and scared to do anything about it. My doctor recommended I start working out and do a weight loss program earlier in the year which I had one excuse or another not to start. After being introduce to Meaghan I decided to sign up. She was amazing and so encouraging. She never asked me to do anything that she wouldn't jump right in and do with me, when I thought I couldn't make it she always had the right thing to say to push me without making me feel bad about myself. I recall the first time I ran a mile she was right there with me, I think we stop 8 times. Each time she would give me the encouragement to continue. When we were done she looked at me and said do you realize you just ran a mile I cried, it was a combination of exhaustion and joy, mostly a true sense of accomplishment. After seven months I have lost 32 pounds and I'm very excited to tell everyone I have ran 4 5ks and my time at the last one was 34:43 minutes. (a year ago I would joke, and say If you ever see me running there is a buffet in front of me or a fire behind me). We added a day of yoga to my week and it is an added bonus I have so much more flexibility and balance. I have changed so much I'm so much healthier, happier and overall a better person. Another added bonus, my doctor has taken me off the majority of the medications I was on. I owe all this to Meaghan, her workout philosophy and her overall amazing dedication to her clients.

Began cardio workouts April 2015 twice per week, my goal was weight loss and staying in shape. It is now October and my weight is down 31 lbs and my body is much better shape..very pleased. I am so happy to have her help and support. I am 77 years young..
Olivia was amazing. I have been doing yoga since the 1970's and have many teachers. Olivia was one of the best! She was patient and considerate of my limitations but also incoutaged me to push forward. It was fun and benefitial. I would send anyone to Olivia with confidence.
I have been working with Kelly a couple of months for posture & flexibility. I am in my late 40s & am quite inexperienced when it comes to yoga. Kelly is an excellent instructor. She has helped me so much in a short amount of time. She always has a great routine thought out with a lot of variety each week. I would highly recommend her.

He is patient, attentive and truly committed to giving you the whole yoga experience, not just asana. He really fashions the practice individual need, and it is a beautifully bespoke experience.
Madeliene is a very experienced and skilled Yoga teacher. You can tell she cares and knows her craft. She is approachable and very kind and I love that she really adapts the class to my needs and my mood, so its ever changing, my level improves each time I see her. And overall I just enjoy my time with a kind light hearted being, she always makes my day better.
I had one on one yoga lessons with Navawell to improve balance and strength. My personal weaknesses were specifically targeted to help me overcome them and improve drastically. I had progressed more in the six private lessons of yoga than I usually would in six months. I enjoyed the challenge and appreciated the insight into where I was struggling, and learning how to overcome those particular struggles. I also enjoyed that the yoga, though physically rigorous, was also very mentally relaxing. The sessions made it very easy to lose myself in the moment and calm my mind.
A yoga teacher who is a REAL person. Like, she doesn't sugar-coat things. Devon makes yoga fun and accessible. You will not regret training with her. When I do, I get excited to take chances and try postures I've been previously too scared to even attempt. Can't recommend Dev any higher!
Chaz's class is the best yoga class in LA. She is the kindest and most empathetic teacher you will ever meet. She genuinely cares about her students. Her classes are full of good energy, amazing music and lots of fun.
Annie is probably one of the best instructors I have ever been with. She is caring, corrects your pose at all times, even when it is a little off, she will make sure I am doing it properly. She is very thorough with her instructions and makes it easy to follow along. If you are a beginner, intermediate, or even expert at yoga, Annie makes sure that she makes it challenging for your level. I would highly recommend Annie as a yoga instructor!
Have been working with Sierra for years and I really appreciate the range of exercises in her programs and her ability to adapt the training program based on injuries, strained or sore muscles or anything else life throws at you that may affect your workouts. Sierra has a really well-balanced approach to fitness, so it's great knowing that I'm not just getting stronger, but also building my cardio and keeping my flexibility.

We had a group of 10 girls for a bachelorette party in Malibu! I am so happy we selected Stacey to instruct yoga on the beach!! She was incredibly quick to reply, professional and prompt! We were mostly beginners and wanted to have a casual yoga session! She was very detailed in the movements/practice but at the same time tailored the class to her audience and kept it very lighthearted. Loved her jokes ;) At the end, she provided the bachelorette with a card congratulating her on the upcoming wedding! What a thoughtful touch! Too bad she didn't live in Texas otherwise I'd def be using her more! Thank you again Stacey for such a wonderful morning!

Where do I start? I have done a personal healing session ,Chakra dance workshop and yoga with Tami. All of them a wonderful experience. Tami has a very strong sense of people, and her teaching skills are absolutely amazing. She is flexible and accommodating. Her yoga classes – her thoughtful approach to movement and alignment, and what she's able to bring out in each of the people in the room. I appreciate how she paces the class, not too slow, and not too fast. A great professional you will enjoy working with, a great person you will be delighted to meet. I would highly recommend her for anyone who is looking for mindfulness training for themselves, their family, or their workplace.
Me and my husband have benefited greatly from Skye's classes. This is one of the best yoga classed you will ever take. She deals with the level your at and works with who you are. I feel so much more flexible. My husband would never do yoga before. Her meditations have changed our lives.

Dina is a great teacher. I had a class with her in Russian and I enjoyed it a lot. She knows a lot about yoga, and how body works. She showed me good poses for stretching and relaxing. I knew nothing about yoga before I met her, and she inspired me to continue my practice.
