I'm extremely pleased with Kim compassion and skill level...she is my massage therapist when I need one...this will be a long term relationship...she also provided me with a chiropractic referral and he is excellent as well...I couldn't stand up without severe pain in my back and hips, suffered with migraines, and due to the pain I was also unable to sleep...in a months time I'm standing fine, migraines are gone and I'm catching up on my sleep...I have several issues and require these services...as I said these are long term relationships...I'm very very pleased
Lot's of our married friends suggested that we try pre-marital counseling as it was a good experience for them so we decided to give it a try. We had a great first visit with Steve, he's very knowledgeable and patient, he makes the concepts easy to understand and is quick to respond. We look forward to seeing him again for future sessions.
Hunter creates a wonderfully safe environment to explore whatever it is keeping you from being fully self-expressed. She is warm, knowledgeable and very accessible. I was feeling like I hadn’t severed my emotional ties with an old boyfriend and it was impacting my experience of myself as well as him, and occupying way too much of my brain real estate. Something I find is all too common with women. In one hypnotherapy session with Hunter I was able to separate myself from him and come back to feeling grounded within myself. This man and I see each other often as we remain friends and are in the same social network. I can now enjoy his company and be very present to him without being distracted by any unwanted emotional attachment. Thanks Hunter!
My primary goal was to identify key concept that would help me understand what I needed to do not only to sustain a healthy relationship, but also how to plan for a successful marriage. I learned three distinct concepts and more importantly can begin to implement in my relationship. I gained a very good education on the necessary and important aspects of creating a successful marriage.
Nancy is very knowledgeable and intuitive. I would recommend her to any couple that needs help with communication. She listens to both people, then helps them to be better listeners and better communicators. She has helped us so much. We would be divorced by now if we hadn't found her.
After some unexpected tragedy in our family, combined with major life events like the loss of friends, loss of a parent and our children moving out all hutting us in the same month, my wife and I had a breakdown in communication. As my wife was packing I desperately looked for someone to intervene and restore basic communication and give us a chance. Two months later we are still together, still in love. We still have some breakdowns but with Polly helping to maintain communication. We are mending old wounds and new ones and looking to a future. It was late on a Saturday when we reached out and she was right there to help us. I can tell she has a personal interest in out marriage surviving and feel an ease in talking to her that I have not felt with other therapists or even dear friends. My wife can say the same and she was reluctant to consider therapy at all. Polly gave us the tools to give out marriage a fighting chance when we were on the verge of utter collapse. Polly has gone above and beyond checking in with us both prior to weekly sessions, been available by phone and email and text whenever we needed her and has reached out to us, which is reassuring of her interest. I have had various therapist in my life. I have never had one check in randomly just to make sure I was doing alright.
He was wonderful! He is very professional and seeks to help the couple all along the planning process through to your wedding day. What's stands out is how much he truly cares about you. You can tell he does this with the intention of helping couples. He also did premarital counseling for us and we truly made a friend in him. He is a real friend who is there whenever you need him most. When a mistake was made on our marriage license (not his mistake), he was there to help work it out for us without hesitation. Overall, he was knowledgeable, helpful, and truly cares about the people he works with. We were lucky to have him as our counselor and wedding officiant. We highly suggest him!
I'm proud to say we were the first couple to be married by Freedom To Be!!! They really listened and incorporated our wishes into our ceremony...everything from writing our vows with input from us and including our soon to be daughter and making our day special for her. We originally wanted to be married in San Francisco due to our mutual love of the city and the San Francisco Giants so we were fortunate enough to have our ceremony at Crissy Field with the Golden Gate Bridge in the background. It was simply beautiful and stress free as Freedom To Be took care of every detail. We would highly recommend Freedom To Be!

I believe there are two main things differentiate me from other therapists: the quality of the relationships I build with my clients and the focus I bring to the work. I believe in building a genuine, caring relationship with my clients so that they will continue to seek me out for help throughout their lives. I also believe in keeping my work with clients focused on their goals so they feel their time with me is helpful and productive.
