Allison came into my home with our judgement or criticism. She gave me helpful tips for organizing my home that were not time consuming. She then bravely tackled my clutter closet that seemed to collect more items over time. She pulled everything out, helped me organize what was needed, what was garbage and what could be donated. The advice she gave me is entrained in my mind and used on a daily basis.

Grace has undertaken more than 12 substantial projects for me, sometimes working under extreme conditions, and in every case has managed to produce outstanding results. She always brings a lot of energy and enthusiasm to each project and is not afraid to incorporate good ideas even if others come up with them. In fact she seems to be a catalyst that brings out the best in whomever she is working with. She can take charge of a situation by supplying the focus and initiative necessary to get the job done but still leave you feeling like you are always in charge. I tend to be scattered. I'm simply not an organizer but more of a visionary creative type. I call Grace when I want to get quickly focussed and see a project through rapidly and professionally.
