Introduction: I have over 10 years experience as a journeyman plumber. My skill set includes handyman services and Facility Maintenance Work. Home renovations / rehabbing is a specialty service that I enjoy. I have worked for RandRhomerentalsllc.com in 29 Palms for many years....providing various services and heading up projects....acquiring properties, fixing them up and then renting the homes to the military. Some of the types of work I perform is installing gas lines, appliances, faucets and fixtures, ceiling fans, up ducts, service and repair swamp coolers, as well as install them, light electrical, clean outs, drain service, water heater installations, build fences, yard clean up, trash outs, install cabinets and counter tops as well as perform property maintenance.
