- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is getting to know what your needs are. Many times this is a known factor, and other times clients like to get feedback on their ideas and talk through new, unimagined ideas. This dialog helps to produce the best possible outcome for your event/project. Second step is to formulate a game-plan. This could take the form of presenting a preliminary set playlist, or scouting out a property to plan the best possible time for video & photoshoots. The next step is playing at the event or on-location for the property shoot. This is what all the prep and planing leads up to and where our professional skills culminate to help make your event or project an absolute success! Most anyone else here on Thumbtack would end their process after the event, but we take it further. The final step is following up with you to learn where we hit the mark and where (if at all) we missed. Our goal is to build professional relationships so that next time you're in need of pro DJ or Event Production Services, you'll already have a trusted partner you can rely on.
