- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon receiving a request, I contact the customer and arrange a time to go measure the floor area being requested. I provide an estimate on the spot verbally, and then provide a written quote. If the customer choses us we select a date for the work to begin, a contract is provided and half down is collected. The other half is due upon completion of the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 20 years of experience and have also been educated in different products in order to better help their clients understand their choices.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Whichever company you choose, make sure they have liability insurance and ask for references of recent work. Also, remember that the cheapest product may end up costing a lot more in the long run.
