My son was hesitant to start his guitar lessons, and if he didn’t like it, it would be a major ordeal to get him in the car to go. I work like everyone and have zero time left. The fact that Tess comes to the house to teach - while I prepare dinner - is freaking awesome. What a time saver. And shes made it a great experience by offering tons of encouragement and lots of laughter wrapped up in a neat 30 min session. Highly recommend.
Melody, from Lessons in Your Home, placed Arielle as a vocal teacher for our 8 year old. We have been very happy with the instruction and professionalism. We can see an improvement in our daughter's singing skills and a desire to perform and practice. It is very nice not to have to run out somewhere for lessons...Keyboard, books, etc, are brought to us.
We are very happy with the piano lessons Genevieve provides to our 9 year old son and our 7 year old daughter. They enjoy learning from her and they're given lots of choices for what they want to play. She's also very flexible with rearranging lesson times if we have to miss. The recitals and sectionals have been fun and helpful too, and we are looking forward to the summer camp if it works with our schedule. :)
Dorothy is wonderful! I wanted to resume playing flute after a 35 year hiatus and Dorothy has been extremely supportive and helpful. She has offered many tips and techniques that I never learned when I was young. She provides interesting, challenging assignments and discusses the music theory and various ways to interpret the piece. I am enjoying working with her very much.
I've been taking saxophone lessons from Jeff for about a month, and it has been a great experience! Jeff is really easy to get along with and explains things very clearly and patiently. As an adult beginner, I've really appreciated how Jeff checks frequently to make sure that the pace of the lessons feels right. He also does a great job of assigning fun songs to work on in addition to the more technique/note-reading oriented exercises in the lesson book. I highly recommend Jeff!
Cora has been teaching the flute to my 12 year-old daughter for several months now. Not only is Cora extremely talented, but she is also a kind, patient, fun and wonderful teacher. My daughter adores her! We are so fortunate to have found Cora.
Rachel is a wonderful professional! My daughters take piano and clarinet lessons with her. She is great with kids, very patient and knowledgeable about music . We have a busy schedule and most of the teachers don't understand that. She is flexible and work with us around our schedule !!!
I've been taking lessons from Fran for about six months. I played flute through 12th grade but hadn't picked it up in 30 years. Fran helped me relearn notes and key signatures and is a master at teaching breath control and technique. Her deep experience in music shows at every lesson. I've remastered some of what I lost and am looking forward to studying with Fran and learning new things in the year to come. I would highly recommend her to a new student or someone looking to refresh and bump up their game.
The Colorado Lark Duo brought reflective and beautiful music to services at Jefferson Unitarian Church on flute and guitar. I especially appreciated how they worked with me to choose just the right pieces to match the tone and mood. Highly recommended!
It was great sample lesson . We liked the teacher Perfect fit for my daughter She is looking forward to getting first lesson Thank you
I hired Eric Herrera to play Native Flute for a pre-show for my DJ show at a restaurant/bar in Parker. He played quite a few original songs from his own CD. He went around the entire restaurant playing to the customers during dinner and entertained them! It was a great way to start the evening of unique entertainment! Marty Maez "aMAEZing Music
My son wanted to take flute lessons over the summer in anticipation of school band. David worked well with my kid (who had no musical experience) and related well to him. Really enjoyed working with him, getting to know him a little, and never had any problems. Great with kids, would highly recommend him!
