Sara designed my basement for my Airbnb which was completely empty. She does extremely well with a budget conscience person who doesn't have much vision and helps you pick out the perfect items and location for them with intent. She has an excellent eye for design and is a joy to work with. My Airbnb reviews always mention the excellent style of the Airbnb, I am so lucky to have found her!

I am offering a free 15 minute consultation to discuss your goals, vision and budget. Hourly rate of $35/hr for time spent designing, reorganizing, and sourcing items. The sourced items fee is 35%.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My initial consult we will discuss the goals of the project, the space & vision, budget and time frame. Once this is established, I will have my client read through, sign my contract to maintain transparency with expectations.
