I currently was working with another trainer and found Vee on thumbtack. I went to his gym for a consiltation and after the consiltation I felt I would excel better under his training. He was very perfessional and knowledgeable. I wI'll definitely recommend he to friends.
Noreen and Berto are an awesome team!! It's a little intimidating working with a personal trainer and not knowing what you're getting yourself in to, but I swear you won't be disappointed with these guys! I have been working with mike for about 10 months now. He is an amazing trainer. He listens to what your are specifically looking for and trains you in a way that you will achieve your goals. My goal was to build my strength and endurance to run longer distances. When i met him, i ran few 5k's by then. He worked with me on building my leg strength. Recently i finished a 15k and still felt very strong after the race. Next goal is half marathon and hopefully a marathon soon. My husband also joined me now and we do couple's training twice a week. It is the best decision we made and we are looking forward for a better and stronger us.
I am still training with Justin but in the time that I have trained with him, he has been very encouraging and I feel so comfortable with working with him. He doesn't ever make you feel bad about progress and his focus really is on getting a healthier you. He is becoming one of my favorite people to see in the week.
This was my first time getting a personal trainer and I must say I was satisfied with who I hired. I learned a lot form Jerome. I liked that he was knowledgeable about the exercises he instructed with me. Any questions I had about anything about my sessions, certain exercise or anything else, he responded with elaborated detail and was clear for me to understand. I enjoyed every session I had with him. It was fun and exciting. I was always excited to wake up sore the next day and I would tell him about it. Waking up sore means progress and that I had an effective workout. I hired Jerome for 90 days, 2 days a week and got close to my workout goals than if I would of done it alone. If I would of kept on, I would of got to my goals. With the amount of time and days spent with Jerome training me, I'm just glad that he at least helped me get halfway where I wanted to be. I took home a lot of exercises that I learned from him and incorporate them into my workouts. I now have more knowledge of weight training, how to effectivly workout my abs, how to and when to stretch the right way, and learned about high intensity cardio. Overall, I got my money worth, I got results, got educated, and most of all had fun. I would highly recommend Jerome. I plan on hiring him again for a another round!

Nick is very knowledgeable, professional, and personable as a fitness trainer. He is a certified with TRX and the RIP trainer and I have been so pleased with results from training with TRX and the RIP especially in my strength gain and weight loss.

I have been training with Daria for two full weeks now but she is so hands-on and responsive, it honestly feels like longer. We meet twice per week but she also gives me "homework" for days we're not together, and gives me nutrition guidance as well. She is always helpful and honest but never preachy, and she listens carefully to me and my goals, my concerns, and even my feelings or mood on a particular day - she can adapt our workout on the spot as needed, and she always explains modifications of things we do that I can make work with different equipment or none at all. She explains everything we're doing and why, and it is clear she is well educated and well trained to work in this role. I highly recommend Daria if you want a down-to-earth trainer who will listen to your personal goals and make a plan that is just for you - not just copied out of a book.

I highly recommend WillPower Fitness. I contacted WillPower Fitness to find a personal trainer, and found credible trainers with comprehensive personal training programs to help me to reach my goals. (exactly as it's advertised) How I see the gym environment: It's a great, welcoming community with music playing, natural light, and trainers coaching members through sets and reps. You can hear encouragement to members on that last rep, telling them they can do it. They have the variety of equipment, activity, and resources you need. The trainers are somehow attentive to the entire gym, keep everyone busy, communicate well, and have the knowledge I wish I had about the body and its needs...from weight-loss to elite athlete programs. How it started for me: I came to my first session with defined fitness goals and a lot of my printouts from previous 'training programs.' That first day we jumped right into a training session, and I assumed it was to evaluate my fitness level. A few days later, I found out that my trainer actually read those grids from past trainers -- I was impressed he cared. He explained the target muscle groups of my previous program versus how the body works and the strength I need to build. When I competed in the past I never felt fit in the right way, and paired with this logical justification, it made sense that my training needed an adjustment. My updated program focuses on finding maximum efficiency and developing the muscles needed to perform intervals over a long period of time. Plus, building strength in the right way to support joints and mobility, which I assume helps me avoid injury. It is definitely worth it.
Bring your fear to the workout sesh and leave with less (fear)! Those that experience transformation and success know that the breakthroughs happen when we run right at our fears and kick 'em in the teeth! Donny's energy and expertise in creating the perfect environment to do that in our group training session was phenomenal. The accountability and encouragement from D, who trained with us, along with the others, helped push me out of my comfort zone to get more reps. It kicked my arse in a positive way... BIGGER, BETTER, STRONGER !!!
I started looking for a trainer early last summer. Karisa was very prompt in contacting me and we discussed her training program and my needs. I'm on a different road than most people as I was diagnosed with cancer in 2013 and pre-diabetes in late 2015. The cancer meds are taking it's toll on my bone density and when I discovered I am pre-diabetic I knew I had to change my nutrition plan. I did not know much about nutrition so changing my diet caused rapid and extreme weight and muscle loss. I knew I was headed for a lot of trouble and I needed professional help. This is when I started my search for a trainer and I am so thankful I found Karisa! She is very knowledgeable in nutrition/diet, working out and strength training. Karisa has a lot of expertise, is professional, upbeat, challenging, motivating and has a true passion for what she does. She is so positive and inspiring. Proper form for best results is very important to her. Her workouts are challenging and she is so encouraging. After each session, Karisa would provide me with a workout plan for the week which was so helpful! I started seeing results after the first few sessions with Karisa. I'm stronger, I feel healthier and have more energy and stamina. It's amazing how toned my muscles are. I don't think I have ever been in such great shape as I am now. I've been working out with Victoria for almost 5 months, and it has been life changing! I've lost over 30 lbs and developed visible muscle strength already. Victoria is enthusiastic, motivating and knowledgeable. She understands and respects my specific limitations, but also recognizes that sometimes (often!) they are self-imposed, and pushes me past them. Victoria really invests in her clients beyond the scheduled training sessions. She stays in touch between sessions by sending additional home work outs as well as encouraging and congratulatory texts. She is also approachable, relatable, and compassionate, so when you're feeling sick, weak, or just tired, she will find ways to simplify or modify the session so you can still complete an effective work out without pushing you over the edge. I would recommend Victoria for anyone at any level of training- whether beginner or very experienced. She truly customizes her training for each and every client, to ensure best results.

Luan is an exceptional trainer, I started off with personal training and he pushed me to my limit every class. Which I was grateful for because I can't push myself. I started doing boot camp and enjoyed it. Luan makes working out fun and enjoyable.
Chris Hale is the best trainer I’ve ever worked with. Always in good spirits and focused on the work, he asked lots of questions to assess my goals and built a plan that targeted those goals across weight training, cardio, and diet. He checked in regularly and was always positive and enthusiastic. With Chris, I pushed myself harder than I ever had before, and I saw results I never had before. His approach is thorough, balanced and results-oriented. I learned a lot about muscle groups, diet and cardio from Chris, as well as how my body works and responds to various approaches. His knowledge is broad and he shares it freely. I’d recommend Chris to nearly anyone looking to get into better shape, from competitive bodybuilders to casual athletes looking to trim up for summer. He’s versatile and friendly but stays focused on your goals and improving your overall health and fitness. And on days when I was not in the mood, he always knew how to get a good workout out of me!

Aaron is great - he's a perfect balance of patience and motivation, he meets you where you are in your fitness journey but also pushes you to go beyond what you think you're capable of. I've gotten stronger and leaner in just 5 weeks of working with Aaron, 2x per week (plus one day of strength training program on my own that he creates for me). I'd highly recommend him!
Lisa is an amazing trainer! She will encourage you and push you to be your best! Her workout and meal plans work effectively and just have to be followed precisely. I am so excited for my results and have only been training for six months. I have lost 4% bodyfat and gained 8lbs of muscle and am finally feeling confident to rock my bikini this Summer! The facilities have everything you need, staff are great, classes are great, and the personal training is also great. Just great all across the board. They also supply sweat towels, which is great.
