Aaron was great. He cleaned out the gutters of the home we had just purchased in Centennial. They were jammed packed and he did a fantastic job. He was prompt and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond my expectations. He is someone I will hire again very soon to do some power washing.
Francisco did a great job power washing our house. I would use him again.
They did a great job cleaning my gutters! On time, paid attention to details, and made sure my gutters were flowing smoothly. I would definitely hire them again!
Drake removed a big old stump from our front yard for us. He arrived on time, got right to work, didn't stop until the job was done, and did a wonderful job cleaning up after. We were very impressed! We would definitely have him back. Thanks Drake!
They came and cleaned my apartment spotless ! Showed up on time with all natural cleaners I requested. They shampooed my carpet and everything felt brand new. Love this company.
I only hope I can convey the full measure of unreserved enthusiasm and profound gratitude I feel for having discovered so utterly remarkable an individual as I was privileged to find in the person of Brett Breneisen, the most extraordinary contractor I have ever met. Possessing a range of skills virtually any one of which would stand as amazing, Brett quite literally restored our home to us and saved it from almost certain disaster in the future. Our home had experienced foundation damage that occurred as the result of excessive rain having forced the movement of tons of soil, causing a wall in the (finished) basement to lean in substantially from the top. The damage done by the shifting of the wall was considerable: a large air duct was torn from the ceiling and left hanging askew; the doorway to the furnace room was crushed (the sliding doors no longer doors at all, but reduced to ill-fitting, scarcely usable partitions); the sheetrock composing the ceiling had cracked and buckled. A wall in the hallway had buckled as well, and a portion of it protruded outward, possibly indicating that a structural support beam was being shoved right through the wall. None of the doors in the basement would close anymore; indeed, one, frame and all, had been shifted several inches to one side, leaving a gaping opening. The ceiling in one of the rooms was torn; the room gave the appearance, for all intents and purposes, of a lid being torn off a box. Walls were cracked, and splintered, sheetrock shattered here and there; overall, it was a disaster. The house looked as if it were quite literally about to come down. All that is now in the past. Upon having had the house piered to bedrock and thus arresting the movement of the foundation, we were able to address the sorry sight that our basement had become. Thatâs when I called Brett. Right from the start, he put my mind to ease. He conducted a thorough examination and determined that there was no structural damage. He then set about determining each area of damage and, upon his providing a wonderfully reasonable estimate, secured our go-ahead for the project. Brett started immediately. He addressed each and every concern, turning eye-sore problem areas into show-house perfection. It is virtually impossible now to believe that such damage was ever present. In Brett I observed the most capable and expert contractor, quite frankly, I had ever seen. Nothing was beyond his skill and ability, no area of restoration too large or too complex. He amazed us. Brettâs concise and thorough approach may well have resulted in actually saving our home and, quite possibly, our very lives and those of our beloved pets. The pressing in of the wall had put significant tension on electrical wiring conveying power to ceiling lights. The wiring, Brett found, had been installed incorrectly; rather than having been run through a support, as it should have been, it had instead been wrapped around it. Pressure had broken and exposed the wire, situating what would have been live current in direct contact with dry wood. Upon further investigation, Brett found several additional wiring mistakes, ones that, in addition to the previous, would have almost certainly proved disastrous had I sought to have the lights reactivated, as I very nearly did. In lieu of Brett's discovery of the wiring errors---errors no one lese would likely have found---disaster would have followed. (Some years ago, having become suspicious as the result of anomalous electrical behaviour, I had the power to the lines disconnected. We have of course since then been without any real light in the basement, but that was better than the prospect of what could result.) Brettâs expertise removed all danger and restored the lighting. Additionally, this remarkably talented manâs abilities have resulting in the advent of a beautiful, straight wall, a sharp and clean-looking, perfectly placed heating duct where once there was but a broken and sagging eye-sore, and brand new LED lights that provide twice the light at a fraction of the cost. I have never seen so great and varied a skillset contained within the person of a single individual. He never rushed or in any wise imparted to me the feeling that he just wanted to have done and move on. He never once called and said he couldnât make it over today. He saw each and every aspect of the project through, from start to finish, and the result---I do not say this lightly---is flawless. He explained each step of what he did and always offered me options. He was at all times genuinely concerned with my satisfaction, and instantly rose to any challenge regarding anything additional I might propose. He was always personable and friendly, a genuine delight to have in our home. He was at all times profoundly considerate of our pets, ever careful and cautious regarding them and their safety, and earned our complete trust with them, which is no easy feat. The work he did is flawless, beautiful and complete. Having begun with a disaster, he left us with a wonderfully fully-finished and beautifully-painted basement, having single-handedly transformed our home from eyesore to showplace. So long as he is in business, there is quite simply no one else I shall ever call. He has earned our sincerest admiration and respect.
Showed up on time, friendly service, very reasonable prices, carpet was wet and took some time to dry, but kinda expected that. Hair and fiber piles left in spots, so had to vacuum again after wards. Surprised he didn't elevate furniture legs on small blocks as other carpet cleaners have done to protect furniture feet and better access to carpet. Over all good for the price. Just looking to get the carpet cleaned after a long winter inside with dogs.
In a nutshell, we were very pleased with our experience with Stars Painting and at a fair price. Larry and Tony quickly provided me with a competitive quote, which I accepted. The entire crew showed up a few days later and worked three straight, long days to get the job done... very hard, diligent workers! They replaced or repaired any damaged or weather-worn trim and thoroughly scraped, primed, and caulked where needed... the crew spent a 10-hour day just prepping the house for painting, including a thorough power wash. As part of the deal, they repaired our cedar fence and replaced a post. The quality Sherwin Williams paint they purchased was 25-year grade for the house body and 15-year grade for the trim. The attention to fine details throughout the project was very impressive and appreciated... near the end, the crew circled the house with small paint brushes catching any missed spots and repeated this process on the final walkthrough with me. As part of the project, they painted our backyard fence. They also threw in (not part of the deal) painting the doghouse and mailbox post. I recommended Stars Painting to a friend of mine living in the Bonnie Brae neighborhood and she was just as pleased as I was with their work.
Pretty Fences power washed, sanded parts, and stained our large deck, lattice, and play set. John did a great job, but what I really liked was the communication. He told us when he would be there and how long he'd stay. He also communicated very well through the rain delay and re-scheduling. Also the price was perfect!
Crystal Clear Window cleaners did an excellent job on our windows!
John does great work. We've used him for two projects - restoring our large front door and converting an unfinished room (utting in the framing, drywall, flooring, extra vents and power outlets). Highly recommend him.
These guys did great job at my house. Yard has never been cleaner. Can’t believe they did everything so quickly. I know who I will be calling next year.
It took a while to find the right contractor for this job, but I'm so glad we kept looking until we found Mike. WOW! He found the problem quickly and then worked his butt off to fix it. He was cheerful, responsive, professional and my previously leaky shower looks amazing. THEN he fixed the holes in the ceiling downstairs (we were trying to find the source of the leak). THEN he cleaned both my bathroom and the work area in the garage so thoroughly I think they're both cleaner than when he started! Pet owners - he's also fantastic around dogs and cats. There's no hidden agenda, no hidden costs and if anything I feel guilty that I didn't pay him enough for all the little extras he threw in, just to make sure the job was done correctly. No matter what my next project is, I'm calling Mike first.
Angie and Anna did a fantastic job cleaning my apartment. It’s never been cleaner. They were punctual, professional, and thorough. Highly recommend!
The job I requested (power washing my fence) was completed exactly how I envisioned. My old dark fence looks good as new. The price quoted was more than fair. I will definitely hire this company to do more jobs in the future.
Tom and his partner did a tremendous job prepping and painting our fence. They power-washed, sanded and did two coats of paint. This took them three days and the fence looks great. Pricing was very reasonable. I would (and will) gladly use Pegasus again.
I hired Will to clean my main floor windows inside and out. He did an excellent job! It looked like there was no glass!
Very professional service! Did a great job. Would highly recommend to friends and family.
Alec was amazing, very fair priced and did above and beyond what I asked. He was on time and professional. Highly recommend Alec for your power washing needs.
