Introduction: My name is Gloria Lorenz and I am the founder of Arvada Tax Services. I am an Enrolled Agent and have over 27 years of experience with accounting, tax and tax resolution. I aim to be your one stop shop for all things tax and accounting related. I have two locations one location that my partner runs in Nashville, TN and my location here in Colorado.   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We price tax prep based on what is involved with the preparation and offer discounts to first time clients. We also offer discounts to small businesses who engage us to prepare their monthly bookkeeping.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Each client is unique and I onboard them with an introductory call explaining our services and fees. If the client is local and they are more comfortable meeting in person, we set up a time to discuss what services they need and the entire process. If they are engaging with tax preparation I send over our tax organizer and provide them a link through a secure portal where they can upload the documents safely to us.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have a Masters degree in Accounting and also am an Enrolled Agent, which specializes in taxation. My Enrolled Agent license allows me to represent you before the IRS.
