I currently was working with another trainer and found Vee on thumbtack. I went to his gym for a consiltation and after the consiltation I felt I would excel better under his training. He was very perfessional and knowledgeable. I wI'll definitely recommend he to friends.
I am still training with Justin but in the time that I have trained with him, he has been very encouraging and I feel so comfortable with working with him. He doesn't ever make you feel bad about progress and his focus really is on getting a healthier you. He is becoming one of my favorite people to see in the week.
My husband and I started training with Mike in January with the ultimate goal of getting in shape and toning for our wedding in July. On our wedding day, I was the most confident I have been with my body in for as long as I can remember. Mike's workouts are great. He really listens to your goals and develops customized plans to help you get there. For me it was all about the arms for the wedding dress and I was very happy with how my arms looked on the big day. Prior to Mike, I had been bottoming out on too much cardio and not enough strength training. I was working out 4-7 times a week and wasn't getting the results I felt I deserved based on the amount of time I was putting in. Mike changed that and I finally got the definition I had been looking for. We started having Mike cook for us in May when we started to get busier with wedding tasks & were traveling every two weeks. Mike's meals were delicious and I'm so glad that I got to learn from his healthy cooking example. He is a registered dietician in addition to his personal training license, it doesn't get much better than that people! Additionally, we love Mike because he is a real person! We have met trainers at big gyms that don't understand a life outside of the gym. Mike gets it. He knows you aren't going to eat perfect on vacation and gives you tips on how not to overindulge or healthy alternatives. He helps you work through these challenges as opposed to making you feel like a failure when you make bad choices. Last thing about Mike. He is just a really good guy. He is about as honest and genuine as they come. He puts his whole heart into it and he truly cares about his clients. We would highly recommend him to anyone who is in search of a personal trainer!
I started training with Noreen three months ago and my attitude and perspective on life has changed tremendously. Since I’ve started training with Noreen I have been dropping not only weight and body fat but I have also been losing inches. This passed month I have incorporated kickboxing with her husband Berto which is a killer and amazing way to do incorporate cardio. My confidence has built and so has my motivation on life. These two individuals are the most humble people you can ever meet and they want nothing but to see you succeed. They have a lot of patience and understand the everyone starts at different places so they work with you. I have finally dropped down to a weight that I don’t even remember being and with the excitement of Noreen, Berto, and myself I, I have more desire to keep working on my goals.
I have been training with Daria for two full weeks now but she is so hands-on and responsive, it honestly feels like longer. We meet twice per week but she also gives me "homework" for days we're not together, and gives me nutrition guidance as well. She is always helpful and honest but never preachy, and she listens carefully to me and my goals, my concerns, and even my feelings or mood on a particular day - she can adapt our workout on the spot as needed, and she always explains modifications of things we do that I can make work with different equipment or none at all. She explains everything we're doing and why, and it is clear she is well educated and well trained to work in this role. I highly recommend Daria if you want a down-to-earth trainer who will listen to your personal goals and make a plan that is just for you - not just copied out of a book.
This was my first time getting a personal trainer and I must say I was satisfied with who I hired. I learned a lot form Jerome. I liked that he was knowledgeable about the exercises he instructed with me. Any questions I had about anything about my sessions, certain exercise or anything else, he responded with elaborated detail and was clear for me to understand. I enjoyed every session I had with him. It was fun and exciting. I was always excited to wake up sore the next day and I would tell him about it. Waking up sore means progress and that I had an effective workout. I hired Jerome for 90 days, 2 days a week and got close to my workout goals than if I would of done it alone. If I would of kept on, I would of got to my goals. With the amount of time and days spent with Jerome training me, I'm just glad that he at least helped me get halfway where I wanted to be. I took home a lot of exercises that I learned from him and incorporate them into my workouts. I now have more knowledge of weight training, how to effectivly workout my abs, how to and when to stretch the right way, and learned about high intensity cardio. Overall, I got my money worth, I got results, got educated, and most of all had fun. I would highly recommend Jerome. I plan on hiring him again for a another round!
Dana is an enthusiastic trainer with a passion for fitness! She is not only a great example of how to live a fit lifestyle but helps others do the same. She has a wealth of knowledge from strength and conditioning, kickboxing, swimming, yoga, and nutrition. Always a fun time training with Dana!
Had a GREAT experience with Obstacle Destruction. Chad Johnson was so easy to work with and my trainer Evan was awesome. Evan created workouts that were tough and hard but not over the top. He is patient but also requires that you show up with the attitude to get the most out of the session. I had so much fun and had a serious workout every time. 10 sessions in and I am hooked. I'll be signing up for another round ofr personal training!
I have been training with Mark for a year and a half, three days a week. His training hour is packed with ever changing routines and boy is he a motivator. My only regret is I didn't start using him years ago!
I trained with Jason for approximately 2 years before he moved to LA. Jason is a dedicated and motivated professional that provided me with an excellent personal training experience with results. He is very skilled and knowlegable about fitness and nutrition. He can create a program for anyone of any age and at any fitness level. I would highly recommend him.
I highly recommend WillPower Fitness. I contacted WillPower Fitness to find a personal trainer, and found credible trainers with comprehensive personal training programs to help me to reach my goals. (exactly as it's advertised) How I see the gym environment: It's a great, welcoming community with music playing, natural light, and trainers coaching members through sets and reps. You can hear encouragement to members on that last rep, telling them they can do it. They have the variety of equipment, activity, and resources you need. The trainers are somehow attentive to the entire gym, keep everyone busy, communicate well, and have the knowledge I wish I had about the body and its needs...from weight-loss to elite athlete programs. How it started for me: I came to my first session with defined fitness goals and a lot of my printouts from previous 'training programs.' That first day we jumped right into a training session, and I assumed it was to evaluate my fitness level. A few days later, I found out that my trainer actually read those grids from past trainers -- I was impressed he cared. He explained the target muscle groups of my previous program versus how the body works and the strength I need to build. When I competed in the past I never felt fit in the right way, and paired with this logical justification, it made sense that my training needed an adjustment. My updated program focuses on finding maximum efficiency and developing the muscles needed to perform intervals over a long period of time. Plus, building strength in the right way to support joints and mobility, which I assume helps me avoid injury. It is definitely worth it.
Tine is honestly the best trainer I have ever met and worked with. I worked with Tine for almost 3-4 months now. She was able to work with me on my individual dietary restrictions (I have IBS and acid reflux) and needs as well as to formulate a workout plan that fit my individual needs, schedule, and my limitations while still challenging me. She is very understanding and reliable. She always shows up on time and is very flexible with working with my schedule. Really loved working with her and I was able to get motivated enough to be healthier! The workouts she gave me were challenging, helpful, and variable so it's always learning something new! She also kept my Asthma in mind and made sure to consistently check up on me and catered the work out so that I would be able to control my asthma better. I am so fortunate she was able to help me out with controlling my asthma and trying to increase my lung capacity in workouts. Her customizable workouts and homework helped me stay fit even when I wasn't in the gym training with her. She's a bright and happy person and is very motivating and inspirational. My sister and I absolutely loved her! If you need a great trainer, look no further!
Josh Spencer is very charismatic about his work. Josh cares deeply about each and every client, and takes the time to construct individual plan to meet their needs and goals. Josh is constantly expanding his knowledge. Josh will always push you to be better, faster stronger than you were yesterday. He will always be conscientious in his pushing, and very aware and will check in with you frequently to make sure that he pushes you enough to make gains, but not incur injury. Josh also helps clients build healthy habits, one step at a time. Josh will help you overhaul your habits starting small and building on each step. Clients will master one change before moving on to another. For me, the accountability that Josh provides without judgement and without patronizing will keep you pushing forward. Overall, Josh's training will not just help you get fit, it will change your way of thinking, and your lifestyle.
Ryan takes the time to understand what my objectives were for the training and tailored a program that was perfect for me. There are core exercises but he regularly mixes up the work-outs so they are not boring and overly repetitive. He is patient and understanding. I highly recommend him!
Michael is a great trainer! He taylors your training session to your ability and makes adjustments as needed. I recommend Michael to anyone of any age because he is the man to help you make positive changes in your body. He listens!! Please choice Michael as your new trainer! He did wonders for me.

I started looking for a trainer early last summer. Karisa was very prompt in contacting me and we discussed her training program and my needs. I'm on a different road than most people as I was diagnosed with cancer in 2013 and pre-diabetes in late 2015. The cancer meds are taking it's toll on my bone density and when I discovered I am pre-diabetic I knew I had to change my nutrition plan. I did not know much about nutrition so changing my diet caused rapid and extreme weight and muscle loss. I knew I was headed for a lot of trouble and I needed professional help. This is when I started my search for a trainer and I am so thankful I found Karisa! She is very knowledgeable in nutrition/diet, working out and strength training. Karisa has a lot of expertise, is professional, upbeat, challenging, motivating and has a true passion for what she does. She is so positive and inspiring. Proper form for best results is very important to her. Her workouts are challenging and she is so encouraging. After each session, Karisa would provide me with a workout plan for the week which was so helpful! I started seeing results after the first few sessions with Karisa. I'm stronger, I feel healthier and have more energy and stamina. It's amazing how toned my muscles are. I don't think I have ever been in such great shape as I am now. If you are looking for an awesome trainer, Karisa should be at the top of your list. Believe me, she will meet all of your needs and more than your expectations! Thank you Karisa!

Extremely flexible with hours and very attentive when it comes to scheduling meeting times. The training is amazing! She is highly qualified and very knowledgeable about creating a program specific to the client. Highly recommend her!!!
What can I say: Jon knows what he is doing! I never felt as though I was being put down because of my weight (as some trainers do), or that I was ever pushed too far. He took his time to understand my goals and helped me develop the best plan of action for me! In just a short amount of time, Jon took me from lazy and overweight to a fitness fanatic! This level of training is what I’d expect to pay THOUSANDS for-so to have Jon at such an incredible price is crazy to me! Officially down 15 lbs and 4% body fat-all thanks to Jon’s fantastic training! Don’t think about it-SIGN UP WITH HIM!
I started training with Brad 7 months ago to lose the extra weight and gain more muscle and tone. Within a matter of months I had gotten to my weight loss goal and had so much more energy and strength. Being a professional baker, health and fitness became very important to me and I have never been in better shape than I am now. Brad truly knows how to help you reach your goals and push you further than you thought you could go. He always has our workouts planned out and is always mixing it up, keeping every session fun and different. He is a dedicated, hard working trainer, and I am happy to get to work with him.
