I hired Loveridge Builders and Roofing to tear off my old shakes and put on a new Certainteed shingle roof. Bob's and his crew were great. Through adverse weather, they put on the new roof and it looks great. They got the job done, and cleaned up the tear off.

Bob was prompt with a bid and followed through with good service in a timely manner. He was easy to work with, offered expert advice, reasonable price. The cleanup crew was extremely diligent--you'd never know they had been there!

Excellent price and good service before the roof was done. There was a long wait for roof inspection to be completed (due to Denver County inspectors). The communication during that time frame could have been a little bit better as I was often calling for status updates.
