I have worked with Sam at Comfort Solutions several times the past five years and my experience has been exceptional every single time. Sam provided emergency furnace repair on an existing furnace in the middle of a frigid December day. He has also installed ductless heating and cooling mini splits, a furnace humidifier and a new air conditioner for me. Sam's knowledge and can-do attitude leaves me confident in the work he does. Sam has been punctual, professional and dedicated every single time I have worked with him. I have not worked with anyone who is more driven to ensure quality of service as Sam. I would happily refer anyone to Sam at Comort Solutions. Haven

We needed central air conditioning for our new home in Castle Rock and we interviewed several HVAC companies before making a decision. We received quotes from: Southwest Heating & Cooling, All Seasons Mechanical, Mr. Cool Heating & Cooling, Parker Heating and Air, and Blue Flame Heating & Air Conditioning. Out of the five businesses, we decided to hire Justin from Blue Flame for the following reasons: 1) Justin was extremely responsive to both phone and e-mail. (I actually found BlueFlame through Thumbtack, and Justin replied almost immediately after I posted the job early on a Sunday morning). 2) Justin had excellent communication, and always called in advance to let us know that he was on his way. 2) Justin did not try to upsell us on equipment that we did not need. 3) The quote that Blue Flame provided was very competitive compared to competitors. 4) Justin actually took the time to come back and perform a free heat load calculation on our house before we even hired him. Only one other vendor did this and they were not nearly as thorough as Justin was. 5) Blue Flame was the only Rheem dealer, and his competitors could not say anything bad about the Rheem brand of air conditioners. By contrast, Trane dealers claimed that Goodwin was unreliable, and Goodwin dealers claimed that Trane was both over-priced and had poor compressor motors. I don't know if either of those claims can be substantiated, but my online research indicated that Rheem units were very reliable. 6) The estimate, heat load calculation, and work order from Blue Flame were all provided electronically, and contained thorough documentation of the work that was performed. Justin used an iPad to document his work as he went and quickly published the results online. Although Justin is licensed in Douglas County, he was not licensed in Castle Rock. Normally this would be a deal breaker, but given the reasons we decided to hire Justin over his competitors, we decided to just pull the permit ourselves as homeowners. (Note: In Castle Rock, this is done entirely online, costs $50, and is issued in under 24 hours). I and am happy to report that Blue Flame passed the town's inspection and that all work was completed according to code. I did use Sun Dog Electric for the electrical work, so I cannot comment on the quality of the electricians that Blue Flame normally employs, but I am sure they would also do fine. We had Justin install a central humidifier for us as well, which his competitors were not even sure would be possible given the small space in our utility closet (see pictures on Yelp). Justin was able to fit an advanced Honeywell unit into the system just fine. Although I won't know how well it will work until this winter, I am confident that we will be very happy with it. Justin took the time to explain how the new air conditioning system works, as well as the humidifier, and the required maintenance for both units. He demonstrated their operation, and provided both manuals to us. In addition, Justin recommended an annual system check, which he can perform for only $49. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the quality of installation and service that was provided by Justin from Blue Flame. If you are currently in the market for a new A/C system or furnace, need repairs, or just maintenance performed, you can stop researching and just call Blue Flame. They're competitively priced, have good products, and provide excellent customer service. What more can you ask for?

I've had few companies coming to my house last week for an estimate on replacing all ducts, Quality air send a tech named Robbie who was very honest, informative and actually caring, he showed me few times why it is only needed to replace 5 ducts and not everything like other companies recommended. We ended up with an amazing result and still got unplanned change (which we didnt complain about hehe) My wife and I are very happy and would recommend QA and Robbie to our family and friends

Steve did an excellent job installing my 50 gallon Rheme hot water heater. He arrived right on time, he was very professional, and he did great work. It took about 2 hours for the install and he gave me the lowest price out of all the other offers. Overall I am very happy with the experience. The hot water heater works great and I will consider hiring him for air conditioning, furnace service, and hot water heater maintenance in the future.

I was very impressed with Frank and Integrity Air Quality. He was professional and explained clearly the inspection process to asses my home during the inspection. A whole house “scan” was done inspecting every room using a very high tech instrument that allowed me to see in real time on an I-Pad the air quality throughout the house. It was fascinating. He explained why the old methods used by other inspectors are highly inaccurate. Now that I have been through this process I see why it is necessary to inspect every room to get accurate results. We found the problem. Surprisingly his cost was LESS than inspectors that quoted me only one indoor air sample. I would HIGHLY recommend Frank at Integrity Air Quality.   John P.

I own a 20 year old furnace, that is now giving me problems. So, I thought of installing a new furnace. I contacted three nearest HVAC contractors for same. But, fees vary from contractor to contractor. Then my friend suggest me At Parker Service Company, a top rated company for certified furnace installation. I immediately gave them a call after which, they sent their expert technician who guided me through the various options that I had. He suggested me the best furnace I could buy according to the quality and the cost to fit into my budget. The installation was quick and quite reasonable too.

We have had our home for around 6 yrs, purchased new and were told that Monstervac had cleaned the vents. A certificate was taped to the duct work in the basement also. In arrives Tonville providing very clear photos of construction debris still in our duct work before he thoroughly cleans the ductwork with a very powerful "scrubbing" attachment to his vacuum. Not only was the interior of our ductwork visibly cleaner in the after photos, but gaps in seals at joining ductwork were highlighted allowing us to reseal them at a tremendous energy savings to our power bill. Cooler cleaner air was maximized in reaching our living areas vs. cooling the basement. We could also feel a difference in the air quality immediately after completion of ductwork cleaning. We highly recommend Tonville HVAC over Monstervac to which there is no comparison. The pictures, which he provided at the cleaning, were worth more than words. Toniville will be coming back to our home for scheduled recommended cleanings.
