We contacted Seth via email on a Sunday thinking we would hear back during the week. To our surprise, he responded right away. He was at our home evaluating the wind damage to the fence that afternoon, and the fence was taken care of the next day! We were not able to be at home during the repairs, so Seth reported the progress on the job via texts throughout the day. Although there were others out there with a bit lower bids, sometimes you just can't ignore the value of excellent customer service! We returned home to a finished job and clean property.
