- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is set per individual. All service will require a Catering Service Fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will schedule a meet and greet to get to know the clients needs and wants. Then construct a menu and event overview for the individual, then process the catering request.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
1 year at Art institute. 4 years in Fine Dining Steakhouses 2 years Casino Restaurants and Banquets 5 years in Catering
