From our slowed smoked hickory or Oak Meats to the southern dumpling crust peach cobbler, Our cuisine takes traditonal dishes to the next level. As the Executive Chef and Owner , I grew up with a southern background which made soul food homestead for the foundation of my style if cooking. Then trained and mentored by Chef Mario Petit from Florence Italy helping me to expand my knowledge and love for food and service.
