At first I was a bit intimidated walking into a workout room with several people I didn't know. They made me feel very comfortable right away and everyone is very friendly. I met Christian on 4/27/16. He is very professional. He explained a plan that would help me reach my goal. He is positive if I do the work I can meet my goal. He tailored the plan taking in account my knee surgeries. We worked out for 1/2 hour. I couldn't believe how great I felt after the workout. Of course 48 hours later I felt the burn! - How did you get started doing this type of work?God lead me to this profession through my love of movement...I started off with sports and continue to refine myself as a professional by exploring what it means to achieve physical, mental, and spiritual harmony through exercise.
