I found Nancy on Thumbtack a few days before our event, after our caterer stopped returning our phone calls. Nancy was very easy to work with, very prompt in response times and flexible in what we were looking for. It was a HUGE relief finding Nancy so close to the event! On the day of the event her staff showed up on time, (again) were flexible with what we were looking for and they had GREAT attitudes. The food was fantastic, and we were more than happy to give out our caterers information to anyone who asked. I would highly recommend Sparrow Kitchen to anyone looking for a professional, delicious, and easy to work with caterer.
Marc arrived well ahead of schedule. He's professional and enthusiastic and did a fantastic job for our group. He also left everything spotless and tidy upon completion. I will definitely use EventGineers for our next party/event. Highly recommended!
I hired Karen for my wedding and she absolutely exceeded my expectations. I met with her at a coffee shop and we immediately hit it off. She was able to capture my vision and put it into words. She brought magazines with flowers and I would describe a look and she would find the picture to give me a visual. Not only did she create beautiful arrangements, she helped me with some planning, organizing and room placement. She very evidently loves what she does and her honesty and genuineness were what I admired most. I gave her have a lot of freedom in her arrangements and she did not disappoint. Karen is a true artist in her field.
I had the pleasure of working with Mary and her family when planning my wedding this past summer at Deer Creek Valley Ranch. The first time I met with Mary and her daughter to discuss my goals and dreams for the wedding, I could tell that she was going to do whatever it took to make my wedding day memorable. Through her busy schedule she was willing to meet with me several times to ensure that we were all on the same page for what the big day entailed. She went out of her way of finding affordable decorations to make my vision come true. Her daughters were very thoughtful in providing great ideas and insight on decorations and other wedding details. Her husband was very helpful with the technological side of things and offered to be the DJ and M.C. at the wedding. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend Mary and her services to any bride or organization who is looking to have an event that is well-planned, organized, and perfect! Mary and her team are genuine, hard-working, and very knowledgable about event planning. Not only is Mary professional, but she is affordable and will provide valuable expertise to make your day exceptional!

I was lucky enough to attend A Notte’s farm to table dinner at Five Fridges Farm! It was a magical evening eating delicious food and drinking great wine! I would 100% recommend attending one of A Notte’s events or hiring them for a private catering event!
She was amazing! And was great with the kids. Her paintings were awesome for both boys and girls. Armina has a very joyful personality that helped bring the event to life! Would definitely book her again.
I cannot recommend Britainy enough. She was extremely professional, had great advice, kept my wedding moving in the right direction, consistently available, and she did it all while pregnant. She helped to coordinate my vendors, took tips to dispense, and helped to keep track of invoices. If you are looking for an event planner, I would suggest hiring Britainy immediately! She was by far the best decision I made for my wedding and we would have been lost without her!

TeNeil made our wedding day perfect! She dealt with rain and a late vendor flawlessly and made us so comfortable throughout the day we never got worried or stressed. We would highly recommend TeNeil for any event you are planning, she was absolutely incredible; the day would not have been the same without her!
By coincidence, I just happened to have attended 2 parties coordinated by In The Event and Elyse Boule. Both parties were PHENOMENAL! What made them so special? The attention to detail with the planning, the food, the drinks, the decor, the entertainment and the overall vibe. Elyse truly has a knack for understanding what the client loves, what they don't love, and how to make it a memorable experience. The first party was an outdoor graduation party at a private residence (~60 people); the second was an indoor Kentucky Derby Party at a private residence (~30 people). First, the person being honored at the outdoor graduation party loves Cajun food so Elyse arranged for a New Orleans Food Truck to serve up New Orleans cuisine for all the guests right on location (absolutely delicious AND smart - no kitchen clean-up for the host!). She worked with the food truck to design a menu that was adult and kid-friendly. She obtained all the necessary permits for a food truck to stay parked in the neighborhood. She hired a bartender who specializes in making southern-style cocktails (also delicious and smart - no one had to serve themselves). Not only did she arrange the food truck and bartender, she also found a New Orleans-style jazz band to provide entertainment for all the guests. It was a blast! I truly felt like I was on Bourbon Street that night! She mastered the New Orleans theme, just what the client wanted. It was perfect, despite a freak rain storm. Of course, she planned for that too and had already had a tent and heaters out. I did not expect this at a house party. I was expecting a sandwich tray-white sheet cake and balloons graduation party snooze-fest. NOT A CHANCE! Everyone had a blast, no one batted an eye despite the short burst of bad weather and all the guests, including the band, kept on rockin'. The second party was a Kentucky Derby party (indoor). She coordinated a "Best Derby Hat" contest for the ladies and kids, and provided cute prizes for the winners. The food was all Kentucky-inspired, as were the drinks. Each drink glass (in mason jars - perfect!) were labeled with a horse's number so that drinks wouldn't get mixed up. Similar to the first party I attended, it was so clear that this girl pays close attention to the clients' needs/wants and her attention to detail is impeccable. (I hear that she will be planning a wedding for a client soon, and I want to go just for the party even thought I don't know the bride and groom.) There is no doubt in my mind who I will use when I throw my next party, whether it's big or small. I am so glad I found her - you will too!!! Thank you In The Event and Elyse!!! You make parties truly unforgettable.
The qualities and experience Adam has are unique and essential for kids of all ages. His positive attitude never lingers even when unforeseen events change programming decisions. He expands his creativity by performing as different storybook characters. During craft times, Adam makes instructions simple and easy for children and parents to understand. Adam is willing to involve himself in every aspect of event planning. Adam provides creative, decorative, and fun crafting ideas for small and city-wide events. He is very polite, calm and does not become overwhelmed when faced with large crowds. It is refreshing to find people who are willing to volunteer their time to bring smiles to children and the public.
Aside from marrying my best friend, hiring Caitlin was the best wedding decision I made. She's professional, kind, understanding, and takes initiative. Her acumen for events is incredible and her execution is perfection. There are many moments of wedding planning hell that I will always remember but the one that comes to mind is me and Caitlin sitting with our florist - I had relayed my floral plan to Caitlin and when I was getting swept away by the beauty of all the flowers, Caitlin asked "Can we have smaller or fewer flowers in the flower girl's crown to make it a little cheaper?" That was exactly what I wanted but would have been too shy to ask. Through everything, Caitlin was my advocate and I'm extremely thankful for her efforts! She is the best!
