Alex was fantastic. I had another company no show. He responded to me immediately and came out on very little notice to do the work. He explained all of the values he was checking to make sure that both the furnace and AC were working properly (or not working). - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I give a flat rate price for a job based on everything I can see and it does not change, even if my equipment prices reasonably go up unexpectedly. When a customer pays by the the hour they are penalized (pay more) if someone is slow, if a technician is very good and can complete the job faster he is penalized (paid less). One price for the job is good for everyone
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Free diagnosis of a system not working properly or a FREE site visit to determine what new equipment or system would work best to fit the wants and needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?National Mechanical Masters License NATE certified, natex.org Continuous classes to either learn about new products or just refresh on regular maintenance and diagnosis of systems.
