Todd arrived yesterday right on time with his apprentice electrician. The job was to remove the existing fluorescent lighting in two bathrooms and replace with either vanity lighting or recessed lighting. Todd was extremely helpful during his estimate making suggestions that I hadn't considered. They also installed canned lighting in our vaulted living room ceiling. There were several decisions to be made along the way, and Todd was most helpful in helping me decide which way to go. They were really great with setup (carefully moving furniture and protecting valuables), worked extremely hard all day, and cleaned up after themselves too. I would highly recommend these very skilled professionals from Carefree...and ask for Todd specifically to do your job - you won't be disappointed!!! Sue A
I had Michael and his associate install some track lighting, caulk the shower, fix a light, install a new door, fix broken shutters, and do some painting. All were completed very professionally. They do a great job. Would recommend and hire again.
Replace a fan/light with 2 new ones. Install 2 rows of track lighting All in my sewingroom which is being remodled. In stall 3 new lights and move another in my basement mechanical room. This required 2 trips. One to run wiring and make holes for the new lights. Another to install the lights. Ryan worked with me and my other tradesmen to coordinate the job. He and his crew did their best to deal with a couple of glitches and make my new lights exactly what I had envisioned. Qudos Allegiant Electric. !!!
Chris did a fantastic job on the projects in my home. I originally hired him to mount my TV and hide all wires, etc. Then I asked (prior to his visit) if he could swap out some light fixtures while here. He did all of these projects with expertise and care for my home. His fee is very fair and I feel he provided full value for the work done. I'd hire him again in a minute. Highly recommend!
Luis was responsive and did a great job...he even included some skylights I hadn't thought about. Would highly recommend!
Couldn't say enough good things about Simpson Home Services. My situation was that I had a water heater go out at a rental property. The pilot light wouldn't stay lit and after one of the bigger named company charged me $300 for parts in their attempt to fix, that company on their 3rd visit decided I needed to replace the water heater, where they conveniently had one in their truck outside ready to go, for the sweet price of $2400. After shopping the actual units at Home Depot / Lowes, I quickly saw that $2400 for a new Water Heater is legitimate robbery. Enter Charlie from Simpson Home Services. His price was fair (got about 6 Bids from Thumbtack) and he was very responsive. Here is where it gets better. Some might think Im crazy, or to trust worthy, but, with my current day job I was unable to get to Home Depot to purchase the water heater. Therefore my only option was to have Charlie from Simpson Home Services go to Home Depot, pull the unit and have Home Depot ring me and use my Home Depot Card and Social Number as a form of payment. At that point, it could have been real daylight Robbery. I had (and still haven't), ever met Charlie in person. My only communication had (still has!) been over phone, but he had great reviews on thumbtack already so I knew we would be ok. Once he completed the job, I paid him over the phone using my debit card. Sure enough, writing this today some weeks after Charlie did his work. My New Water heater is working perfectly and I couldn't say enough good things about Charlie from Simpson Home Services. His work is legit, he gets 10 Stars for Trustworthiness and honesty and I would definitely without a doubt hire him again. ***For anyone installing a water heater and questioning the whole permit situation. I did a lot of research and there seems to be mixed ideas about wether you have to pull a permit or don't have to. I have even been out looking at purchasing a new house here in Denver over the last few weeks and I asked my realtor about permits on replacement water heaters and even she had mixed ideas. So then I went to that iPhone / Android Neighborhood App that everyone is on and planted my question there, also mixed reviews about pulling permits. I think the general concensios is do it if you really want to. If your reselling your house, the buyer might ask to see a permit, but in todays market (sellers market still in 2018), it might not be questioned at that stage. Point being, my research showed 50/50 on who would and who wouldn't. Either way you go, you can still use Charlie and Simpson Home Services as I did. He completes the work, you then apply for the permit, they come inspect it and then your done. I wanted to share this as this is the route I took. I also trust Charlie and Simpson Home Services enough that if the inspector had found a problem, that Charlie would have made a Trip back to fix it for free*** Thanks again Charlie (still haven't met you!) And thank you Thumbtack for yet another sweet hookup to a quality Tradesman.
we had exterior lights that weren't working. Kenny came out on time and was able to troubleshoot the issues. he rewired the lights put in new bulbs and everything is working great. the job was done professionally, quickly, and was a good value. Many thanks to Kenny. we will use him for future jobs.
Very professional, on time and curious. Was able to dial into the problem I was having with a new dimmer switch and LED recessed light. Would recommend highly!
Ken did a great job. I would definitely recommend him. He installed led light s and plugs plus switches and recessed art lights. The lights look wonderful and I couldn't be happier.
We needed to swap out a light in our laundry room and have our outdoor lights looked at. Daniel was great communicating what type of light to buy for the laundry room (it wasn't that hard but I was clueless) he looked at our outdoor lights prior and came out and fixed those when he changed our laundryroom lighting,
Mitch installed two lights for me. He worked quickly and they look great. I plan to have him back to do more work for me.
He did a great job on adding two ceiling lights in the rooms without existing wiring. He was prompt on answering my texts, was punctual and professional. He even came next day to fix the holes in dry wall which he had to make for wiring. I recommend him!
I needed several things done such as relocating cables and installing overhead lights in my home in several rooms. Excellent job, kind and professional, and great value. Will definitely use for more projects in the future!
Andrew was great to work with. He installed cabinets in my old, unlevel, and not easy to work with, home. He followed through on the job though, and made sure it was done right. I'll use him again for other projects.
I submitted a Thumb tack request midweek and I responded to David on Saturday morning. We exchanged a few emails about the project and he came to the house that afternoon. He was back on Sunday to do the work; upgraded electrical panel, outlets and what was unsafe electrical at the hit water heater. All done professionally, focused on the work for a fair price. Suggest printed invoices as he develops the business. I feel safe and grateful for the work.
Matt has helped me with my projects that have been stacking up that I haven't been able to get to myself, and really things I need someone better at the projects than I am. He has removed my greenhouse foundation (post hail storm), painting my back yard trellis, repairing shelving, hanging heavy items, sealing outdoor paintings, repairing a hose bib, making an overflow for my catch water, and installing a new electronic lock. He was on time, prepared, helpful with creative solutions, flexible with my preferences (it is an old house with unique issues). I will be having him return for ongoing household needs.
O'Shay responded quickly to our request for a fence repair. He came the following day to review the damage (which was extensive). He was able to return with supplies and make the repairs within a couple of days. His work was fabulous and the cost was more than fair for the work required. He also made the repairs in inclement weather. Most other businesses would have rescheduled on a day in the 30's and snowing! I highly recommend his services!
We hired Think Industries to hang holiday lights and patio lights on three areas of the house. We are very happy with the results. It's a great job everywhere. They were very fast and professional.
Ray did a great job on my windows....lots of them. And then helped me with my lighting timer. Very happy.
Sol did a great job installing our under-cabinet lighting. He was very easy to communicate with and professional. He was also very sensitive to my fear of having overly white colored lighting and the LEDs he installed turned out great. He even came out almost 6 months later with no questions asked and at no charge to replace one of the light fixtures that had been buzzing. I would highly recommend Aspire Electric and would not hesitate to use them for future electrical work.
Terrific work installing light on ceiling fan and hanging a tricky shelf!
