I also help people break addictive patterns that hold them back from living optimally. I offer a safe space for you to explore, grow, and ultimately transform so that you are free to live life as your truest, most authentic self. I integrate guided imagery and hypnotherapy into sessions when client wants to explore working at the subconscious as it is extremely beneficial for certain challenges and issues. My services stand out with the intuitive influence that is naturally a part of my work. I find that having that spiritual component makes transformation faster. Supporting people so they can grow, heal, and thrive and knowing nothing is too big or too small to bring to therapy. If people have a true desire to heal, then anything is possible for them with the right therapist guiding and supporting them. Helping people conquer and break old, destructive habits and support them in creating new ways of being and habits that allow them to be the best version of themselves.
