Introduction: Starting with a background in Physical Therapy, I am also a licensed Nueromuscular Massage Therapist (NMT) and have been practicing massage therapy for over 15 years. My clients tell me they get lasting results with the bodywork I do without the need for surgery. The space is beautifully decorated and has grown to include 6 other practitioners. My prices are very affordable and reasonable. I enjoy seeing my clients get results. It is very rewarding.

Massage Therapy

Audrey was great! She did therapeutic work on my neck and shoulders! I love a nice quiet private massage office, unlike noisy retail type spaces! This was a perfect space to relax and unwind! Thanks Audrey!!!

Massage Therapy

Highly recommend! The trigger point therapy used alleviated my neck and shoulder pain! Audrey understands the body so well and her technique is fantastic. Once the pain is under control, it’s worth scheduling regular visits as a wellness benefit.

Massage Therapy

She created a space that was safe, and she was very efficient. She was careful not to over massage any sensitive areas while still helping my problem areas. I highly recommend her. She is a 40 drive for me, personally, but it’s worth it for a quality deep tissue massage.

Massage Therapy

Best massage EVER! I HIGHLY recommend! After talking about where I was feeling pain and tightness (neck), Audrey went to work on it. She used the right pressure and walked me through all the trigger points. She knows what she is doing! I felt very safe as well during these Covid times. Looking forward to my next massage!

Massage Therapy

Audrey is amazing. Her style is very different! I wish I could put it into words. She does amazing work! I saw her earlier today and I feel more relaxed than I have ever felt in years. Her rates are so reasonable! I will be back soon! She’s social and listens to your needs and body. She tailors it completely to what your muscles need.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I charge 60 dollars for a one hour massage which is 15 dollars under the standard pricing. I would rather see my clients more frequently than charge high rates. I also sell packages - buy five massages for 250 dollars and get 10 dollars off each massage.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I customize each massage based on the clients needs. I feel a combination of trigger point therapy, neuromuscular and Swedish massage are best for a relaxing yet effective massage.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a bachelor's of science degree in Kinesiology and a double certification in massage and advanced neuromuscular massage. I am a member of the Medical Massage Therapy Association and Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals. In 2009, I became a licensed massage therapist (LMT) and an advanced neuromuscular massage therapist (ANMT).
