We hired The Crazy Caterer for a one time private chef experience for a 70th birthday party and they were amazing!! Tentative, responsive, and reliable. Everyone at the party was impressed and loved the personal touch and food. Great time with such short notice and the food was tasty. We are looking forward to working with Kim and Stephen again!!!

I am Jan Dunbar (Janice Romney Dunbar: Mrs. C.W. Dunbar) I've known Tom Letts in various capacities, particularly that of a friend as he has had an interesting career, crossing paths with our lives and with our interests. Tom is a Chef-At-Heart. Tom never heard the term, "Fast Food." without coming up with an alternative that was twice as nutritious, twice as interesting, and twice as much fun. Not many amateur chefs I know would pack up his favorite pot, favorite knives, and detour into organic food stores where his lively imagination could innovate a recipe to fit something fresh and exciting, promising to make it through his kitchen to come out surprising and delicious. At the same time, Tom is a patient innovator who can take something like a mushroom of unknown flavor, doing small maneuvers between sink and stove, coming up with something simmered and slow-savored to just the "different" kind of sauce. Tom is a fearless shopper, buying things that are unusual, sometimes exotic, sometimes experimental and handsome on the plate. and nothing is too much trouble. I've lived next door to Tom from time to time. The sounds and scents of Tom-in-the-kitchen are an experience of joy and excitement. You should try it!
Dustin provided exquisite dining for a group of 10 for 2 weeks aboard a luxury houseboat on Lake Powell, Arizona. The cuisine was nothing short of divine...matching the impact of the stunning desert landscape. From the uniqueness of the menu to the savory blend of flavors to the artistic presentation, each meal was professionally crafted by an extremely talented chef. The cleanliness and organization was impeccable. Having hired excellent chefs for our Lake Powell trip for over ten years, Dustin was awarded the TOP CHEF award by our guests who travel the globe. We hired Nancy for a private chef service. We wanted a formal dinner for an intimate group of 6. We contacted her on short notice and on top of the busy holiday season but she didn't flinch. Her response time was impeccable, and her confidence and professionalism put us at ease. And the best part, it's affordable! We had a 5-star meal in the comforts of home that if we went out for we probably would've spent more. Don't hesitate hiring Nancy, she follows through on everything she promises and we had the luxury of being served while enjoying time with family. It was worth every penny. Bob exceeds expectations! He was kind enough to work with me closely to come up a with a menu that satisfied our vegan and very carnivorous friends for a group of 10 people. He is a great chef and a very fun person that you definitely want to have dinner with!
Our experience with Holly for our wedding cake was AMAZING. For one, her prices are beyond reasonable; instead of paying $600 for an average tasting cake from a pricey bakery, we were able to spend far less without sacrificing any quality and still being able to feed just as many guests. Guests made comments for a week after the event about how good both flavors of our cake were; I even had one of my male friends who is not at ALL a baker or chef by any means text me a few days after the event asking 'what was up with the frosting' because it was so good and he was telling everyone at work about the cake! Throughout the planning process Holly let us taste as many flavor combinations as we wanted and always sent us home with what was left of the tasting cakes - none of which she ever charged us for. Our final choice was a few layers of marble cake with raspberry filling (which is so good you almost just want to eat it by the spoonful) and a layer of vanilla bean cake with honey caramel filling which was also amazing. As a caramel addict, I told Holly from the start that that's what I loved. Her response was to make and let us taste three different kinds of caramel filling, all of which could have been adjusted for the exact flavor we wanted; I don't think many other bakeries are that creative and committed to making the perfect cake! We were thrilled with the final result and I know our guests were too - I would absolutely recommend Holly any day for weddings, birthdays, or whatever else you need!

Karen was extremely helpful on the business and planning end of things, and working tirelessly with us through some unexpected snags in approval and payment. You couldn't ask for a more friendly or helpful contact. Michael is an amazing chef - the food was TOP notch - and he spent time helping and serving our guests and thoroughly cleaned and organized everything the event. We hired Chef Lisa to teach a couples valentines day cooking class. There were 6 couples there. She did a great job including everyone, and creating a fun atmosphere. Her professionalism made everything go smoothly. She even helped me get last minute things together before the guest arrived! She taught us how to make two appetizers that were a huge hit! I've been craving them ever since!! Our guests loved her, and are still raving about how fun a delicious the party was. I'll definitely be hiring Chef Lisa again!
Grant cooked a truly gourmet dinner in my home for a special birthday. Everyone was so impressed (even did something special & fun for the kids)! He worked with us on special menu requests & was professional & timely. I hope to use him again & give my highest recommendation to all the "foodies" looking for an in home chef. He is the real deal!
Honestly, Connor was much better then expected or anticipated! Not only was he consistent and timely in responding to my emails but was on top of any and all questions I had! Very thorough and specific in terms of trying to figure out exactly what you're looking to gain from the time together. Feels very relaxed and easy going. Never a feeling of being rushed or forced and does a great job at taking the lead while still allowing you to feel like your in control. I wanted to make sure he knew what I wanted as far as, Meal Prep, Food Combination & Planning for the week ahead... What I got was all that and more; an introduction to Seasonings, Proper cooking times, Techniques, and Tools for eliminating waste and increasing efficiency ! He was very straight forward, easy to understand and relatable. Connor makes it unbelievably easy to take simple ingredients combined with a few simple spices and seasonings to bring to life a really delicious, healthy and hearty meal! I would definitely recommend anyone looking for an inexpensive High Quality chef to come share his experience and knowledge! 11/10 on rating of satisfaction!
Chef Cameron and Chef Alan put on quite the show with a wonderful spread of delicious hors d'oeurves. I received compliments from nearly every participant of our happy hour event. Everyone was extremely impressed with the originality and flavor of the food. Will definitely be contacting them again for future events and highly recommend them to anyone for all different size gatherings.
Chef Kerry came and did a private cooking lesson for 2 of us. He was happy to help with knife skills, which I specifically requested, and came prepared with handouts and meal ideas that would allow us to practice. The food we cooked was great and lasted us a whole week!
We had the best time with Chef Matthew! He was amazing, funny and a great chef. The food was amazing and he fit right in with the group. Our next trip to CO he is our first call! We frequently order catering from Graze, and the food is always fresh and delicious! I'm always impressed with the quality and attention to detail. Chef Jon has a great palate and knows what flavors make the mouth sing. He has been extremely accommodating with any order adjustments that arise. Jon is very responsive on emails and also via the phone, and the orders are always correct and on time. I can't say enough good things! Graze has been excellent!

Chef Julien was personable and truly listened to my vision of my dinner party. On the day of the event he was intensely prepared, dynamic. Watching him in the kitchen was like witnessing a master musician. The classic cassoulet he created for my high profile guests was delicious. The lemon tart finished off the night in classic french style. And I can't even go into the cheese. So much appreciate this chef's culinary talent and professionalism. The next time I entertain a CEO at my home to cement a big business deal, he'll be my first call.
