Justin came out very quickly and fix the simple problem. He showed us how to fix it again if necessary. He charged a very reasonable rate and would use Justin again for fixes around the house.

We hired Justin to complete one of our eviction properties that was left in a complete mess. Justin gave a reasonable estimate, quickly - and once we approved he was ready to start the job. He was there when he said he would be. In the middle of him taking on our "project" I have asked him if he could go to 2 separate properties for "urgent requests" he said yes right away and got those done. I have had nothing but great feedback about him from the tenants. He isn't done with what we originally hired him for, but I already know that we will be using him again and again.
