About

Extremely good disposition, easy to work with, and followed my instructions to use a lot of strength with me. He showed me the differences between Swedish massage, Deep Tissue massage, Trigger Point massage and a Manipulative body massage (I forget the name).

About

I am an intuitive deep tissue and pain management massage therapist. I specialize in myofacial release, trigger point, injury, sports, and structural bodywork. I am also well experienced in other modalities such as Swedish, Prenatal Massage and chair massage (I am experienced in doing chair massage to on site business's and offering relaxing massage that will make your whole office feel amazing). I incorporate energetic modalities, such as reflexology, cranial sacral, acupressure and if allowed, Reiki, into my technique as well. The best description to give my technique is a sense of energetic rolfing. I am very thorough and detailed in the work I perform and I am great at "cleaning house" so to speak for your muscles. I can increase your flexibility, range of motion, and your blood flow/circulation and get any area that feels "locked up" to feel open again. You will feel like a totally new person after a session with me. If you have any issues or pain in your low back, hips, knees, spine, shoulders, or neck, I guarantee you,I can help relieve the stress and release the toxins you are holding or any pain you may be enduring from any medical related surgeries/issues or personal injuries.I often have great feedback from clients when they see me and then see a chiropractor. The chiropractors themselves ask who they are seeing because of the results they start to achieve after they have a session with me and often tell them to keep seeing me. I am as experienced, if not more so than your average medically certified massage therapists. You definitely will not regret ever hiring me or trusting me to take care of your needs. You will actually find yourself very thankful you found me and better yet at an incredibly affordable rate for the type of work I perform. My goal as a therapist is to grow a relationship with you and get you back into trinity alignment (Mind, Body, and Soul healing). Since graduation from The Denver School Of Massage Therapy in 2009, I have worked in spas and other wellness and medical centers where I was able to gain experience from chiropractors, physical therapists, medical massage therapists and other like professionals. In my time practicing as a certified massage therapist. I have been able to work with various sport athletes for marathons, teachers/schools and other corporate businesses, along with clients suffering from automobile and personal injury pain. Through my own personal journey of pain management (derived from multiple car accidents between 2010-2014 that has left me in a chronic state with fibromyalgia), and through my very own involvement and knowledge of various western and holistic treatments, the experiences in both have given me the ability to relate closely to those I treat in my own practice, and be able to help them from that innate relation. As an empath, I can feel the pain you are feeling, and can generally go to the source of the problem to aid in healing. I believe my own experiences can positively influence and help others on their journey of total mind, body and soul transformation. My continued involvement with other practitioners for my own recovery, left me with much wisdom to pass onto others, that not only has helped me tremendously, but has helped many others as well. I am adamant to get my medical certification as a massage therapist so I am "up to par" on a credential level as I am already well experienced. I will also soon be a Reiki Master (Currently Reiki II attuned and will hopefully get my masters in June) and develop my intuition of energy further to clairvoyantly help others. My interests in angels, crystals, sounds, meditation, and writing compliment my work as a healer (but none of the above will not be imposed upon you, I am here to help you heal, not make you feel uncomfortable, so I hope that this aspect does not shy you away from choosing me as a therapist. I respect everyone's personal belief system's and would hope the same kindness is shown to me). I am passionate about the strength I can offer others in their most trying times as a friend and counselor, and being able to be a pillar of light when others most need one. I am a very strong and compassionate person and care deeply about each one of the individuals that God puts beneath my hands, as I can meet them on a soul level. I do not feel as if I am living my purpose unless I am being used to make a change in people's lives. To inspire them and aid in their healing process, but ultimately to help them feel the loving energy we all deserve to be embodied in, and help them be able to focus upon and radiate that Love in their own lives.

Twelve years ago when Bennet became a massage therapist I was one of her first clients. Bennie, as I know her, has always been welcoming and very attentive to any special needs I have for my sessions, whether it been tightness in my neck, pain in my leg, etc.. Twelve years later I still see Bennie as my therapist. She is very good at what she does and I highly recommend her as your massage therapist.

I was visiting Denver for a week and was thankful that Bennet had an opening and some time available for me. I really appreciated the Reflexology as I didn't realize how much time I've been spending on my feet and how much they greatly needed the attention. She is a well seasoned massage therapist with good insights and skill sets that I found very beneficial. Thx, Bennet.

"I worked with Lisa for 10 sessions of transformative reflexology. Lisa has such a diverse approach that allowed her to work with me at the level I was in at the moment. She worked diligently to support the work I was doing with other practitioners and disciplines, thus allowing integration into my sessions. This work helped to support a synergistic effect of the other approaches, which resulted in massive physical, emotional, spiritual and other energetic shifts. Over the course of these 10 sessions I shed layers and emerged as a fresh creature. Reflexology is transformative work and extremely potent physically and energetically, especially with a practitioner such as Lisa. I was surprised by the changes that occurred with our gentle work with 45-90 min sessions, huge clinical shifts occurred. Lisa's talent for using her intuition, magical hands and specially made lotions lend to the experience that she provides. She is able to take tools from opposite ends of the spectrum, while blending them for the special needs of the client. Her ability to work on a physical and energetic level is refreshing and a blessing to receive. She is a very talented practitioner and I would highly suggest her to anyone looking for a uniquely sculpted experience."

Liz has been my massage therapist for over eight years. I have complicated musculoskeletal injuries, illness, and chronic joint and soft tissue damage. I've seen many massage therapists over the years and absolutely none of them have compared to Liz. Her in-depth knowledge and understanding of anatomy, disease, and trauma's effects on the body - and her compassion - are what makes her the best therapist I've ever worked with. Not only does she have incredible strength and amazing technique, but her vast education in anatomy, reproductive health and years of training really make her the best. Truly, her skill is better than most physical therapists I've worked with, especially in regards to women's health issues. I now live on the east coast and still come back to Colorado when I can to see Liz. She is absolutely worth it.

I found Liz on yelp about two years ago. She is the best massage therapist in the Denver area I have found in the last almost ten years and tens of massage therapists. She has strong consistent hands, a peaceful calming spirit, and wonderful communication skills. She has always been able to meet my massage needs through athletic injuries, prenatal and postnatal recovery, and general wear and tear. Her massage work during labor was sensational. I highly recommend her for both bodywork and Doula services.

Having never done massage before, I started going to Rocky Mountain Clinical Massage (on the recommendation of a colleague) because of back issues. I was desperate for relief! And, I got it. That was maybe 4 years ago and my twice monthly appointments have kept my back and the rest of me functioning well. I so appreciate RMCM because the therapist helps me understand what is going on with my body and how I can extend the benefit of the massage with stretching, exercises, heat, cold - whatever is the right thing for the healing and maintenance of me! I highly recommend RMCM.

Sally changed my life. It wouldn't be an exaggeration to say that she saved my life with her extensive knowledge of the human body and exceptional warmth and compassion. I first started seeing Sally after I was diagnosed with MS in 2006. Sally's bodywork, including massage and reflexology, along with her spot on dietary recommendations helped me not only recover from the onset of the illness but become healthier and stronger than ever before. I value Sally more than words can say, and I adore her as one of the kindest, most generous human beings I know.

About

My personal background with chronic pain, 35 years in the health industry, forming relationships with professionals and their research along with my own are revealing the most current facts and treatment approaches for treating soft tissue injuries and chronic pain related to work and recreational activities. I focus on the proactive and medical side of the treatment fence. This allows me to provide the most gentle and comfortable treatments which achieve permanent improvement for my clients; not months and months of often painful treatments that are a decade out of date and never seem to really be going anywhere for you. I and the professionals who I work with don't wait or rely on "industry leaders" to develop a modality for a complicated and unique client. We develop techniques such as passive fascia restoration and improve or modify deep tissue, neuromuscular, trigger point, sports, and reflexology approaches that are a direct result of remaining active within the national research community. This, in turn, is what drives the future emergence of our profession. The result is you get current, innovative, and reliable care that you look forward to receiving each visit because it feels good during and after for days to come. Simply put, you get your quality of life back.

About

Hi, my name is Sean Duplantier. I'm a local certified professional massage therapist in Denver, Colorado for the past five years and provide my clients the following table massage modalities: Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, pre and post injury massage (non-medical), reflexology, trigger point therapy, chair massage and structural integration. I'm also working on expanding my skills into neuromuscular (PNF) and/or myofascial release and SER to name a few. I'm currently unemployed as of this posting, but I will find a new employer soon for wider availability. My private clientele is my secondary income, and I'm currently available Wednesdays, Fridays, weekends, and most Mondays. I would love to build a private clientele that would remove me from the 9-5 or at least supplement it! Rejuvenate chair massage is my primary business that provides chair massage services to companies for their employees and/or clients for workplace massage or at company events (event massage). We are the "middle man" between businesses/companies (or the general public) and the massage therapist. Most companies rarely offer chair massage to clients, and we are a 100% chair massage company. If you would like to learn more, please go to our website or call me directly.

About

Reflexology is a natural healing art founded on the belief that there are reflexes in the ears, hands, and feet that communicate to all of the organs, glands, and parts of the body. By applying alternating pressure to these reflexes utilizing finger and thumb techniques, every organ, gland, and parts of the body are activated. By rousing these reflexes correctly, reflexology is able to help many health problems in a natural non-invasive way. It promotes relaxation, reduces pain, improves circulation and digestion, soothes tired hands and feet, encourages overall healing, promotes the correct function of the related areas of the body, and much more!
