Brian came over to assess the situation. Initially, I thought we needed to replace the toilet shut-off valve hose. However, he discovered that the issue was with the end of the hose connected to the toilet—it was missing the seal inside the fitting that attaches to the toilet. The seal was still attached to the old toilet fill valve. He didn’t charge us and was very honest in letting us know it wasn’t a major issue. I would absolutely call him again for any plumbing needs.

This was a second opinion. The first plumber gave me a price of over $500 to repair a leak in shower filter. Brian with Max checked shower, determined no filter needed at this time. 0 cost.
