I met Anthony Drees about 40 days ago. On day one when I started working with him I was at my lowest of lows. I was considering ending it all. While in the Army I was assaulted. This was over 20 years ago. I have PTSD, Major Depressive Disorder, Anxiety. Not to mention nightmares and hypervigelence. I didn't leave the house unless I had to. Well on to day 40 and my life has taken a full turn for the better. Anthony helped me to realize that I have a purpose in life. He has asked me to do some things that at first I thought were a little "out there." I don't just trust anyone with my story, but Anthony made me feel at ease right away. He genuinely wants to help the military and its veterans.

I recently started a new career in sales and was looking for some training to help me achieve success in my new career field. I was new to the industry and had little experience with this type of sales. I met Tony Drees and he took me under his wing and gave me the training and knowledge I needed to become successful. Tony first helped me understand the basics such as presenting the product and demonstrating how it can fit the customers wants and needs. His sustainable sales training approach allowed me to fully understand what I needed to do in order to be successful. Tony showed patience with me and his positive attitude is contagious. Tony MC'd a multicultural event to raise awareness of mental illness in minority communities. He was selected by the committee who hosted this event based on his excellent communication skills, his ability to engage and inspire others. Tony has earned respect and credibility and has the ability to capture an audience. This years event was successful in large part because he was able to maintain and hold the momentum of the evening and eloquently convey the intended message. He also related his personal story which touched the audience. I am grateful for Tony's gifts - this has served the community well in the number of people whom he has reached and served. He encourages, inspires, and offers hope to many. I am blessed to know Tony!!

Sgt McDonald, S. Funny thing about when I first started with your program is remembering how nervous I was. I felt a little pressure because I was unsure as to if it would actually help me. Great thing is that I enjoy a challenge...just been quite a while since I challenged myself. Now that I have started, I can see a big difference in my life. I only wish I could have found this program much sooner.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I work with the client to determine their specific needs, to make sure I give them the tools that will help them move forward. For speaking engagements, I work with the client to get a better understanding of their participants, so I can develop and deliver a targeted message of success and sustainability. For coaching clients, I engage in conversations that help me understand their challenges and their goals, then design their path toward their personal BEST.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education includes a Masters of Management and a Bachelor degree in Business Management. I have extensive real-world training, gained through 24+ years of corporate leadership at the Director level and 6 years in the military.
