- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies with the type of service, deadline, number of participants, and other factors, but it is always fair and reasonable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I work with the client to determine their specific needs, to make sure I give them the tools that will help them move forward. For speaking engagements, I work with the client to get a better understanding of their participants, so I can develop and deliver a targeted message of success and sustainability. For coaching clients, I engage in conversations that help me understand their challenges and their goals, then design their path toward their personal BEST.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education includes a Masters of Management and a Bachelor degree in Business Management. I have extensive real-world training, gained through 24+ years of corporate leadership at the Director level and 6 years in the military.
