Deciding to take guitar lessons at 60 was a little nervous but Jeff and his instructors were great to work with and are familiar with all types of music. I highly recomend their method of teaching.

Both my son and I take lessons from Jerimiah. I was hesitant to start after a 20 year hiatus from playing. Jerimiah is one of the kindest, most understanding, and most accommodating people I've ever met. My son, who is a very rambunctious child, can sit through a 45 minute lesson with ease. I have noticed my playing improved dramatically in a little over six weeks. I highly recommend him :)

Draven is the ultimate coach/teacher . Initially, I was tentative about taking singing lessons through a Skype format. Draven assured me that it was no different than sitting across the room from one another. After my first lesson I was assured that I made the right choice in choosing Draven as my coach. During the first lesson Draven assessed my vocal ability and range. From there he began showing me techniques and exercises to strengthen my voice and increase my range. I moved forward with excitement and confidence. In a few short lessons my range dramatically increased and I was singing with much more power. I also understood how my voice actually functions as a musical instrument. If you are serious about developing your voice to realize your true potential then go with it. Follow Draven’s coaching techniques and practice daily. Like me. you will be glad you did!

I've been very impressed with the singing lessons so far and plan to keep attending. She has also helped explain the physiology behind successful singing and because I always seek to know why something works appreciate that.

If you are seeking guitar lessons take this into account: You're going to learn the chords and strum patterns regardless of who teaches you. The trick is finding someone who is passionate about music and teaching it to others. Outstanding is not a word I sling around haphazardly, but Dave has earned it. Dave is very passionate about his music, is a very talented musician and he sincerely enjoys passing along his knowledge to others. If you chose Dave as your instructor, you will not be disappointed in any way. His price is a great value.

Before having lessons with Leandro I loved singing, but I had a hard time with high notes and with keeping my voice stable. It also felt like singing was really tiring. I hardly ever had a sound I actually liked and that was comfortable and easy to recreate. After my first few lessons my voice already felt much more stable, and I learned several exercises that helped me a lot. After every lesson I felt a big difference in the way I handled my voice; singing was way easier and much more pleasant! I think that the time I spent working on my voice with Leandro was crucial to being able to reach my goals and to feel like it is possible to get incredible results with technique and knowledge of your instrument! A lot of the things that I apply today to both singing and speaking I learned with Leandro.

Gudrun has been amazing! When my daughter first started voice lessons, her breathing and diaphram work was severely lacking. Since working with Gudrun, she now has a 4-octave range and is in all the top choirs at school. Additionally, her piano, chord progression and sight-reading skills have come a long way!

Lyza is able to connect with young children and adapt to different learners. She started with our son when he was 3.5 and he was very interested in actually playing Instruments. Most folks just turned us down and told us to take one of those toddler group classes as he was too young for real lessons. The classes were all nice but not all that interesting to him. We tried several different places. All with great reviews like swallow hill and such. Lyza has a great balance of structure, free form, global exploration with the various instruments she brings with her, focus on specifics of an instrument and learning to read music. She is also a really intelligent, kind and fun person who you can completely trust with your child. Value - she comes to your home for 45 per hour. And it's a full hour. Often a bit longer. That is an amazing value. At |15-30 for various 45 minute group classes you are better off doing lessons with lyza every other week.
