- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I pay attention to the local and national dining scene so I can stay up to date on what trends are hip. Clients who are hosting events are spending good money and want to have a good time and a hip party.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
My best fit is with clients who are looking to have upscale food in a unique setting. I do a lot of outdoor picnics and wedding rehearsals for clients who are looking to spend a greater portion of their budget on quality food rather than a fancy venue that requires the use of in house vendors.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
My family hosted a weekend long fishing trip at our family ranch for Project Healing Waters, a wounded warrior type charity. We hosted 8 veterans as well as guides and friends. I provided 4 meals for 30-50 people during the weekend. The food and fishing were great and everyone appreciated the event. We will be doing another weekend in the summer of 2015!
