Introduction: I make almost everything from scratch. My Sauces, my salad dressings, my sausages and bacon are all handmade. I even made a special flavor pickle for one client's wedding. I like thinking of new food items and how to improve on current favorites. I also love seeing the reaction my clients have when they enjoy the food at their events.

Andy did a great job for us for a fairly large(~40-ish guests) backyard cocktail party fall 2014 in central Denver. The food was great - interesting and tasty - not your ordinary fare. He has a wonderful warm style with guests and seemed to be everywhere at once taking care of people. He really made it easy on us as hosts.

Andy catered our wedding rehearsal dinner in 2010 at Mount Princeton Hot Springs Resort. He came up with a buffet-style menu that met our budget, and he had everything fully set up on the day of--we didn't have to do a thing. His preparations were beyond our expectations given the challenge of the remote locale. The food was delicious and just what we asked for. Andy is a great guy and easy to work with. I highly recommend him.
