Introduction: I am a certified Yoga 200 RYT instructor through Yoga Alliance. I have a deep passion for yoga, and I wish to share the knowledge that I was fortunate to receive over the years of sincere dedication and discipline.
Now is the time I wish to help show the community of Colorado the wonderful gift of yoga and what it can offer to the body and mind.
I am educated in kinesiology and have a background in the ashtanga vinyasa system. I am willing to suit your needs whether you are new to the practice or an experienced student wishing to expand your knowledge.
