  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

    The initiative with Ensign Energy was to develop and execute a global leadership program for senior and emerging leaders. The intention was to create and implement a new level and model of leadership and create a sustainable high performance culture. This was accomplished first, through the design and delivery of leadership workshops around the world. Second, through ongoing individual coaching of leaders and their performance which allowed for practice and mastery of the elements and behaviors that underpin a high performance organization.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    There is nothing wrong with command and control leadership, it has simply run its course. Today we have the most educated workforce in history and engaging people to think newly and think for themselves is the key to elevating performance inside a new model of leadership.
