Have an idea of what you might like to do on your vacation. However, be open to suggestions from a travel agent. Make sure you are comfortable with your agent. You need to believe that your needs and wants are being addressed, and within the budget you have set. Be willing to be flexible, if possible. Sometimes changing a travel date can save hundreds of dollars.
