Introduction: I can teach almost any style or type of cooking. I offer individual or group lessons. I am an avid cook and trainer who loves to learn, which makes a better teacher. From ethnic cuisines to simple foods, all can be an expression of love and art. I love passing that joy of cooking along to others. I also teach kombucha, and I am studying and experimenting with fermented foods. Cooking from the heart is a joy! Let me know what you would like to learn! I have taken lessons from celebrity chefs and classes in Italy, won cooking contests, competed in groups as large as 400, and made it through two rounds for the master chef premier.
